By far, the worst Ibis I´ve stayed. Here are the things I don´t like in this hotel.

Menu - the menu is repetitive. This hotel is not ideal for long stay. If you´re planning for a long stay and not a fan of repetitive meal, then please don´t choose this hotel. I´ve stayed here from June 22 ´til July 12, trust me, I know what I´m talking about. Laundry service - there´s no laundry bag available. You have to carry your soiled clothes to the reception in order for you to get the service. What kind of hotel who doesn´t have laundry service in the first place. The answer? Ibis Casa Sidi Maarouf. Lift - lift constantly breakdown. If you´re staying on the top floor, best practice your legs going up and down the ladder. Restaurant - no one is there during dinner time. You have to ask the reception if you´re going to eat. And the food is not good. Breakfast was mentioned to start at 7 AM. Try taking your breakfast at 7AM, and you´ll almost eat nothing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was very impressed. First off, the location is easy to go to the city center, everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. However, what truly made our experience outstanding was the reception staff particularly the wonderful young receptionist. She was exceptionally kind and attentive. She took the time to listen to our needs and provided excellent assistance, making us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.
