Just got back from Casablanca. This hotel was amazing, not only did it have amazing views, luxurious bedrooms and fantastic facilities but it had such lovely team of staff. They helped us in every query we had, as there was a language barrier they resolved our taxi matters, our food orders and general enquiries. The spa facilities was perfect, the ladies were so kind and gave fantastic massage/Hammam. Good value for money. The AC was the best, coming from a not so warm country we were not used to temperatures above 25 degrees but the AC was able to imitate our usual environment allowing us some rest bite from the higher than 25 degree temperatures. Would highly recommend this place any day..

This hotel is brand new and has amazing service. We spent one night in Casablanca before heading to Marrakech. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa but the rooms were comfortable, spacious and inviting. The front desk staff arranged taxis to and from restaurants and attractions. There’s also a nice breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend if staying in Casablanca.

Our rental experience here was less than ideal, and we left after one day. The unit we rented on Airbnb had a leaking ceiling in the half bathroom. It smelled moldy and smoky in the unit, especially the couch. The furniture was warped including the floating shelf. The surrounding roads to get there are under construction, wouldn’t recommend without an SUV.

We had a great stay at the Ocean Park Appart Hotel, it was clean, friendly and comfortable. However there is room for improvement, i.e. the hotel should give a welcome pack to guests upon arrival, such as tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits etc? Especially to those guests who arrive after room service hours finish. However we were able to order food to the hotel.||||The hotel staff speak English, and accommodate you where needed almost efficiently. You have to let the reception know to get your room cleaned.||||The location is good, as it is around 10 minutes car journey to Morocco Mall, which is massive with a food court and around 6/7 minutes car journey to Anfa Place which is a smaller mall with a food court also. The Hassan II Mosque is 20 minutes drive away and the Habbous Quarter and Bab Marrakech Souks are around 30 minutes away. Apparently it is difficult getting a taxi back from Habbous and the taxi guy will suggest a service, however don't pay more than 150 dirhams per hour or tell him to leave you there and hopefully you can flag a taxi back!||||The only downfall side for the location is because it is a new hotel, not many people are aware of it, so we were having difficulties with the taxi's to get back, however we explained to them it is near Sindibad and they kind of knew but we guided them as much as we could.||||Around the hotel there is land and a few resident apartments, to walk to the beach you will have to go all the way around. Ordering a taxi from the hotel usually costs a few dirhams more as it is ordered from the depo than one you can flag down on the roads.||||The breakfast was ok, you had your croissants, toast, cheese, yogurt, fruit, so enough to get you through the day! Also if you request to the waiter/waitress they can make you an omelette (just egg with or without cheese - no onions or peppers) or a scrambled egg. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and the orange juice, as well as the moroccan mint tea!||||If you order moroccan mint tea after breakfast during the day, there is a charge of 20 dirhams. Also because it is an appart hotel, they don't serve lunch or dinner, maybe they can add in bar snacks so if someone is hungry and doesn't have any ingredients to make anything to eat in their room, they can order a sandwich or fries.||||The spa is ok and needs room for improvement in the service to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, we went for a massage which was great. No one asked how you felt afterwards or gave you any drink/water, they didn't make you sit in the relaxation room either, and there were no robes? Also I think it would be better if they had more than 1 massage room and therapists, so you don't have to wait.||||Overall the hotel and rooms were clean, which is the main thing. The staff was friendly and it was a...

I am writing this review while attempting to study in my suite despite almost constant construction noise in the hotel. I spoke to reception which only resulted in the noise changing from banging to drilling.||I am here for a course over the weekend so did not need to be in the centre of Casablanca and this seemed perfect online. However, despite appearing close to the main road of Ain Daba beach. To get in and out on foot you need to navigate a rabbit warren of dark and dirty streets. Not a problem if you have a car but for me it's 15 minutes of walking just to get to a main road and flag a taxi.||Despite these complaints the hotel is very modern and clean. The suite is immaculate (despite the noise), and the breakfast was excellent. ||I have another few nights so will likely edit this review, but in closing, if you have a car or are happy with lengthy walks then this is a great place to base yourself. Otherwise think carefully as you might regret your choice if you want a short walk for a coffee or...
