I want to say general this is a good Hotel, but the room/bathroom decoration look so old. It feels like this Hotel could invest a little bit more and be much more attractive in a modern style but maybe they dont need to because they dont have so much competion in that area to the beach (4Stars). When we changed rooms we had the same design 1:1 only the picture in the same frame and in the same colour was a bit different. The fridge and the tv in the room are both small and old. The fridge in 316 is making noises that annoy during sleep. 323 is more quiet but the view is more better in 316.
Positive:
we could communicate in english which was nice even tho it took a while sometimes because we as guests could not speak french or arabic they give good tips at the reception about the bus and when they drive & helpful 1 time door was locked and I went to the reception problem quick solved, another time room change, did also work without any problems to a better sea view ok price hotel for euro exchange rate its quiet at the buffet around 8 am, later its very loud. nice carrot salat & eggs & coffee from machine + hot milk with honey is good. Also the mini croissants and the watermelon, the butter & the baguet are good pool is nice to swim in and has also deep spot, but sadly they kind of killed the luxury relaxing vibe with the loud music from a speakerbox
Negative: extremly loud nightlife in front of the hotel. And by that I mean honking cars, motorbikes that sound like a earthquake driving up and down the steeet 20 times at 2-3 am in the morning & in the night. Some day people arguing on the street. 2 curtains and 2 glass doors didnt help! (Maybe the hotel can add some more layers I dont know how to fix). as someone who was never in marocco I would love to see some more heavy robust room doors with some extra locks, Room 316 have some weird damage on the door inside that looks like somebody tried to break in no watercooker at a 4 star hotel & no tea at the breakfast is kind of sad if you like tea or make yourself something sometimes like noodles. no kitchen in the room. no line to hang up clothes to dry, the way you do it is over the balcony which is not soo clean but ok. In the bathroom is not enough space to dry and it will not dry quickly Water at buffet does not taste well and questionable clean cups and glasses, knife and forks were laying around if you missed some fork or so the waiters tell you to just take from another table which results in a lot of tables having only knives and only forks etc… and you have to walk much to get what you need. It was very rare that there was some salt and pepper to be found. First we had to ask, then on the following days here and there there was salt to take from another table thin walls and Doors dont close so well (shaky) its feel a bit unsafe even though there are cameras and lights blinking over the doors (alarm I guess?) Some outlets not working (- Exchange rate in hotel expensive)

Get a taxi driver from agoda app. Almost every other „Taxi“ driver will try to scam you or is not a taxi driver and herass you with „taxi taxi my friend here come here“ and you have to tell them no 5 times until they stop following you Careful where you eat. I got food poisoning or bacteria from salad with sea stuff in it from one of these beach bars. I was sick for 5 days even with medicine. - You cannot let your gf/wife walk alone without her getting herassed. She was walking to the grocery store to get me medicine and food and got touched on the shoulder and asked where she is from by old and young guys people act racist to asian woman Small grocery stores without pricetags (so they can just make a price up) Bank of Africa & Airport of Casablanca take much money for exchange and dont take euros even if there is a milimeter cut or dot on it. You have to have print new bills and protect them like gold. But dirhams you get so halfway destroyed that you are unsure if thats even real money or a...
Read moreThe hotel has got a good looking and all staff all over the hotel for all the services are very friendly and helpful. They try their best for guests to be comfortable. Rooms are clean and enough large however there some points that need to improve. The issue I founds are:||- The shower head need to replaced||- The bidet water pressure was low and directon of the water flow was not comfortable for washing.||- Very poor or no internet signal in the room.||- Lots of traffic noise from the outside ||- There is a time gap between collecting the used towels and dropping the new ones so there is no towel in the room for sometimes.||- The bed sheets smell like second hand shop cloths but quite clean, would be better to change the detergent that used for washing the beddings.||- The lights of the rooms could be more brighter.||- There was no kettle and cups available in the room to make your own tea or coffee.||- The fridge was not on upon arrival and did not get cold enough after turning it on. There was no basic drinks or snacks in the fridge.||- The spoken languages are Arabic and French so their ability to help guests with english language is poor and difficult to make communication with staff.||- The variaty of breakfast selection could be more. The system of preparing fried eggs could be improved with a larger fryer rather than using a small fry pan to prevent guest quoue for it, apart from these the quality of food and management of serving guests are excellent.||My room service was just including the breakfast therefore am not able to provide any information about the lounch and dinner. The price of the rooms for month June was quit acceptable compare to the other hotels. I have been in suisse Hotel for a week and it was enjoyable in total.||Thank you from all at suisse hootel and hope my review would be helpful to improve...
Read moreGreedy manager and non professional staff Searching for hotels for a family member to stay at, my fiancé and I went to the suisse hotel to ask for a reservation for a single room for the month of February and they told us there would be rooms available, as we were booking in advance. So we asked to have a look and found the room with a view that we preferred. They told us there was no problem for the reservation and the manager gave us a price per night (700MAD) and offered us an even better room at the top floor. We left the hotel saying that we would come the following day or call them to confirm the reservation. The next day we went back to see the room at the 6th floor and to double check everything, (the price and the dates) and the woman at the reception told us there was no problem with booking the room a month in advance, but when we were about to pay and leave, she called the manager and decided to tell us that the hotel would be fully booked in the month of February. So they practically played us and after 2 days telling us there would be plenty of room and tipping the baggage handler for the kind gesture of showing us the rooms, they just decided to not give us a room because they thought we would beg for a room and offer more money. To up sell a room there are rules to follow, lying is not one of them, even more if the potencial guest is booking one...
