The service was extraordinarily terrible but the food tasted pretty good. The prices are typical for a restaurant targeting tourists. We went for lunch in December and the entire hotel/restaurant was freezing inside, colder than it was outside. The restaurant was almost empty and we wanted to sit by the windows where it was slightly warmer, but couldn't because all of the tables on that half hadn't been cleared yet after the previous customers left (and still weren't cleaned even after we finished eating). The cutlery and the table they ended up seating us at were also dirty, and they didn't give us plates to eat the bread. I ordered camel tagine which was ok. Tender and flavorful but very oily. We ordered mint teas for 20dh per person, but they didn't give us the pot and one of the cups came only half full. They allow credit card payment if you spend more than 400dh. Our tour group consisted of 2 families seated at different tables, but they put everything under 1 order, and for some reason we couldn't pay with card if we split the bill, even though it should've been separate bills to...

Wonderful view of Big Atlas mountain range.

While traveling from Fez to Sahara, stopped in for Lunch. I have to say I was expecting more variety on the menu for vegetarian options.

Salads, tajin (boiled vegetables), and spaghetti.

With vegetables and spices and nuts there can be many options using the same vegetables.

Vegetables Tajin is the same whoever you go. No variety. Exactly the same. It’s good, but not every day.

The spaghetti was good with a light tomato bisk drizzle with a pad of soft white cheese. Plain and okay.

My wife gave me peppers she didn’t want. Together with the spaghetti it was very nice.

If getting vegetarian spaghetti, I recommend ordering a side of cooked peppers to eat with spaghetti.

No credit cards accepted

Entree and drink was about 140 Durham

The attached hotel seems nice.

Morocco in-general is not handicapped accessible. Store entries have steps, no ramps, no ramps on sidewalk curbs. Buses do not have wheelchair...

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is not well maintained. Room balcony had no furniture. The soap provided was microscopic and of very poor quality. Pool furniture was dirty. It got cold at night when we were there. Door to hotel was open. All of the common areas were very cold. You needed to wear a jacket in the lobby and the dining room. Due to the open door, there are multiple aggressive cats in the dining room. Between the flies and the cats on the table, the experience is not good. Food is sub-par. The included breakfast buffet was the worst we had in Morocco. There were no serving utensils in the buffet, so guests were using their hands. Not very sanitary. Service left much...

Worst Pool I've been into in my life °chairs are from metal hurts your butt when u sit °Water is not clean at all as u see in the photos °dogs as you'll see in the video are drinking from the pool zero hygienic zero safety.. There's no need to waste your time in this pool I don't know why the responsibles don't check this pool it should be closed for long maintenance and br punished for no safety.. there's also no one watching Except a girl get paid at the entry and she get back to her phone. Finally the price is 75dh !! around 7.5$ I've been in pool in all over the country at half price and they were so clean!! ✓~Not Worth it~✓

This is the place where all the drivers would take the guests to have lunch and then continue the tour to Fez or Sahara. A lot of tables are prepared for groups. First, I ordered the camel grilled but they served you beef without asking but changing your order. Second, I asked the cashier why they changed my order, he just told me the camels meat had finished. The most terrible thing is I believe that they just got the terrible meatballs from the buffet disses which they made earlier, and charged you 90 Dh. We had a long journey today and I don’t want to waste time. But if you wanna have normal Morocco food, run away .

The food here was very good and the service was friendly and fast! We had an egg and mushroom omelette and camel. The prices are not bad at all and the restaurant looks nice. The only thing keeping me from rating it a four is the massive amount of flies around our table. There was over 30 flys crawling over us and our food which was very frustrating. Overall the food was great but they need some fly traps or deterants.
