I recently stayed at Tamuda Beach hotel in M'diq and it was an exceptional experience! To start with, the operational staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay.I would like to mention in particular Miss Soukaina the receptionist and Mrs Souaad the hotel manager, they were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.I really appreciated their tireless efforts in providing help when it was needed especially Mrs Souaad who demonstrated strong leadership, effective communication and a focus on guest satisfaction. As far as the room was concerned, it was impeccably clean and well -maintained creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had a Lovely and an exquisite view. The hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. Read moreWe have been to the hotel with the family in December 2016 during a holiday break. We have selected Tamuda Beach as almost all hotels in the area were fully booked and it had a nice review. Upon arrival we noticed the huge hotel is almost empty. The facilities, shop and restaurant were closed. Dinner consists of snacks, panini or frozen pizza served in the snack bar where you get the breakfast as well. ||Rooms are big, nice and clean. Family rooms have no sea view but all overlook a big white wall with not much of the sunlight getting in. ||Personnel is nice and smiling although they wanted to ensure at all cost that we pay in advance even though they had our passports with them. ||Overall the hotel might be nice in summer but visibly they do not put the effort on off-season services although they are open. This is strange as all other hotels are full in the area so it is surely not down to a lack of...
Read moreWe loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms are very large compared to the average 4 star hotel and everything was very clean. Our room had a view over the pool and was very spacious and with good soundproofing. The water pressure was good but not changeable. The rooms and the hotel itself are very modern. Location is about 300m from Kabila beach, I would suggest going by car to Sania beach as it is much cleaner and less frequented. The breakfast buffet was okay and varied, the following items were available during our stay: Harcha, Meloui, bread, cakes, croissants, petit pains, jam, honey, butter, cheese, fruits, sweetened and unsweetened yogurt, boiled eggs, orange juice. Drinks are served by the barista. Wifi speed was okay (about 30-60 Mbps download). No lactose free or dairy free products were provided, allergens were not mentioned. Slippers and bathrobes were...
