Wavy Days - Surf House — Hotel in caïdat d'Aourir

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay at this hostel. First, the location did not match the description on the website; it’s much further from both the beach and the city center than expected, making daily excursions inconvenient. The surrounding area was also unattractive and didn’t provide a welcoming atmosphere.

There were many dogs roaming around the property, which could be an issue for guests who aren't comfortable with animals or are sensitive to noise. Additionally, the balcony area had a bad smell that detracted from our experience.

Our interactions with the owner were not pleasant; their attitude felt dismissive and, at times, quite rude. In addition, after posting a mediocre review on google, she keeps texting me rude messages, attacking myself and my girlfriend personally, which I think is quite invasive and a lack of character.

Overall, given the location, atmosphere, and service, we felt that this hostel did not meet our expectations, and we would hesitate to recommend it to...

Amazing place to stay in Tamraght, but the hosts Nicki and Adil are even better. It feels like a home you enter with the most helpful and caring people ever! The rooms are very clean and the shared bathrooms are getting cleaned everyday (sometimes multiple times a day). Never seen a hostel this clean. Adil is also a very good surfing instructor, I definitely recommend! The shared terraces are so cozy and the breakfast is really tasteful too, we also went sandboarding with them and they really showed us the most beautiful secret places! I already stayed a couple of times at wavy days and each time I have an amazing experience. Nicky and Adil are two wonderful, generous, kind and heartwarming people! Whenever there is something, you can ask their help and they will do the best they can to help you out! The hostel itself is very cosy, plenty of space in every room, very beautifully designed and the entire place is always super clean. They have an amazing rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. I can only recommend this place and will stay there each time I'm around the area.
