Truly an amazing place. Gorgeous views of the mountains from its terrace, a stream of the river literally runs below the house which makes for an incredibly peaceful stay and Aziz, the owner, will take care of you with hot tea & cookies in the afternoon, a surprisingly big (and included) breakfast and his tajines at night are the best way to end your day... Couldn't recommend enough this hidden gem in the heart of the Atlas mountains! Oh, and there's no internet here, which adds to the vibe, but if you really need wifi, Aziz will gladly hotspot you.

The lodge experience has ben extraordinary for me, I decided to stay 3 nights, instead of the one night I had planned.
When I arrived, Abdelaziz lit the very suggestive fireplace and prepared a hot soup.
Super good tagine!
Breakfast too, everything homemade, including bread.
Terrace with views of the valley and the mountains.
Very large garden, with walnuts and 150 apple trees.
Great trekking trails all around.
I would have stayed another night or two, but I got sick, and Abdelaziz helped me a lot, he took me with his motorbike to a village at the bottom of the valley.

Stayed the night here on our hiking tour with Omars Adventures. Our guide was very friendly and the place is clean and simple. A good taste of local life. Good location close to town and river for Swimming in warm months and great views of the mountains. Also super clean sky for star gazing. Photos are views from our room...
