We had booked Ferme D'hote La Vallée for what was supposed to be a relaxing three-night stay with three people, but our experience yesterday was far from it. We were incredibly disappointed with the accommodations. The room we were assigned was advertised as suitable for three, but it was far too small and cramped for our group. To make matters worse, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning, coupled with poor air circulation, only exacerbated the issue, making it difficult to breathe and get comfortable, especially given the current warm weather. The room was also noticeably dusty, adding to the discomfort and raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Travelers should not be misled by the photos online—the so-called "charming" antique decor looks nice in pictures but does not reflect the true condition of the accommodations. In reality, it feels outdated, poorly maintained, and more like a decorative façade than a genuine hospitality experience. A receptionist initially tried to help by changing our room to one that was acceptable. We thought the issue was resolved, but unfortunately, it only got worse. The very next day, the owner of the establishment intervened and refused to let us keep the acceptable room. When we tried to complain and explain our situation, he was extremely rude and even used foul language towards us. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Adding to that, the breakfast provided was a significant letdown and certainly not worth the price charged. It felt overpriced for the quality and selection offered. Our stay at Ferme D'hote La Vallée was a very negative experience. We would not recommend this hotel based on our recent visit.

It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing the specific issues I raised regarding the condition of the room and the quality of service, your response focused on accusing me of being disrespectful. I want to be clear: pointing out problems I experienced as a guest is not disrespect—it is feedback, which every business should be willing to hear.

By shifting the conversation to personal accusations, it feels as though you're trying to deflect attention from the real concerns I raised. Respect for culture and people is important to me when I travel, and I believe it goes both ways—guests also deserve respect and honest treatment. I hope you will reflect on this and consider focusing more on resolving guest concerns rather than dismissing them as disrespectful. Take a look at some of the other reviews — they reflect more about your attitude than you might...

Unfortunately if i could give less than one star i would. Following the very good reviews i read about this place, i decided to book one room for the weekeend. Part of the road leading there is unpaved but we didn't mind...once there i was dissapointed by the quality and status of the reception, so i decided to have a tour before completing my booking's payment. The tour confirmed my doubts. The place is dirty, not well maintained and not appealing at all. Farm was not well maintained, with scattered half dying plants and trees, swimming pool had green weed swimming around with unclear water.the living room and the sitting areas available there were dirty, smelled like if it was closed for ages, with very basic ill-maintained furniture. It looks like an abandoned place. Overall, i had to cancel my booking, and i hope the owener would make the efforts to improve the quality of the "hotel/farm". I do not...

I had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Ferme d'Hôtes La Vallée in Azrou in June. This place is a gem! The atmosphere was serene, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush nature, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Jamal, the person in charge, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was a highlight—delicious, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The property itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, including the inviting pool area.Everything about this place exudes charm and tranquility. I highly recommend Ferme d'Hôtes La Vallée to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature, whether you're a couple, family, or solo traveler. I can’t wait to return!

We booked here for just one night, but it was so nice we extended for one more. The building itself sits well out of town in a quiet spot and is beautiful, with well-tended grounds and decent sheltered off-road parking. WiFi is solid, not blistering fast, but more than good enough for me to spend a day working here on my laptop. All the staff are wonderful, with good English at reception and loads of warmth from everyone. The cleaners are very thorough as well. Our favourite Moroccan hotel so far. Thanks for a great stay.
