The location is of course stunning.. nothing to say about that. I’ve chosen this resort to stay one night along the coastline during my tour in Morocco, on the way to Casablanca. Being as well an half Italian property (I’m Italian) I thought was an additional guarantee of good hospitality and excellence but I was deeply wrong. Let’s start with the arrival experience: I’ve received a message one day in advance asking the time of my arrival, which I communicate was in late afternoon. When we arrived, we were briefed by the first NOT WELL TRAINED member of the staff. We mentioned we were quite tired since we had a long drive and we arrived at 18:00hrs. As a staff, you should know we have only one night stay.. therefore it’s useless giving me a long briefing regarding horse riding and other activities which I can’t do. But the joke was the beach access..after explaining how much the beach bar is amazing etc, he told us that there is a common shuttle with a ride of 20minutes and the last one was at 17:15hrs. When you pay 700euro a night, in a property of more or less 20 villas (not hundreds), you expect there’s a private shuttle service. I work in Maldives in a 90villas property and there’s private buggy service available all day long. Especially if a property is located on the hill, and it takes 20 minutes ride.. what do you expect?! If I would like to watch the sunset on the beach, shall I take 2 hours walk and come back with the dark?!? What we politely asked was to get us there just to have at least a look and take couple of pictures. (No swimming, no sunbathing etc). Answer: NO. Why?! Cause the 02 buggies are busy in taking the other guests back from the beach.. maybe due the fact that I stay only one night, I wasn’t considered a guest as well. Such a shame! Thousands point lost in what is GOOD CUSTOMER CARE AND PERSONALISED SERVICE! Ok, we gave up with the idea of seeing the beach..and we decided to enjoy our villa, which unfortunately we found out was one of the worst.. pool dirty (with dead bees and leaves), walls with cracks, curtains broken, toilet door handle broken, lights not working. So I decided to use the reception chat to communicate the issues.. answer: “Will send maintenance!” Sorry but my villas should have checked as per standard before my arrival! Especially I guess that if I check in at 06:00pm you have plenty of time to do that!!! I decline since having few hours till the end of the day, I don’t want to waste my time in having staff in the villa who works and invade my privacy. Then they mentioned the general manager would like to meet us.. same, sorry I don’t waste my time listening to apologies of a person clearly unable to run a luxury property. We decided to go dinner.. and same.. if you know how to do hospitality job, you should have fixed all the above issues during the time of the turndown, when we were out of the villa. But nothing has been done except the cleanings.. not even an apology card with some recovery amenities, which is another basic of hospitality industry. Let’s talk about the restaurant experience: we ordered 2 cocktails mentioning in my drink I don’t want any type of garnish cause I have some allergies. After 30 minutes, we had to ask again for the drinks again..was clear that the barman forgot, probably cause he was busy in serving and clearing the tables. Basically the restaurant was clearly understaffed and he was doing waiter job.. anyway, the drinks came and mine had the garnish. No apologies for the delay and when we pointed out there was the garnish, instead of changing it he said:” ok it’s in the corner”. Again: you don’t argue with a customer, especially if you are on the wrong side. No drinks were offered as an apology, neither removed from the bill. After 40 minutes we got a small appetiser, and again our pizza arrived and still they haven’t removed the previous dirty plates and replaced with cleaned ones. Was obvious that the waiters were lost, looking at each other with no idea of where to go and what to do. However the kitchen works well and food is good. A gentleman came to ask..”All good?” during our dinner, but we had no clue of who he was since he didn’t introduce himself.. so we didn’t even bothered to explain all the above issues. If he was the manager, he should have known all our issues, introduce himself and instead of asking “all good?” which sounds like a joke.. he should have apologised and recovered the issues. At the end of the dinner, first I signed the bill and later I’ve given to the waiter the feedback of the dinner in order to refer it to the food and beverage manager, who was rooming around and listening our conversation and ignore us for a while, until he took courage and came but he took ZERO ACTIONS. I’ve explained as well that first I signed the bill, cause my complaints weren’t in order to get any discount and I always prefer to say the things as well on the spot and not only write on TripAdvisor. Mistakes can happen but is the way you repair to them that makes the difference and there no one DID ANYTHING. The cherry on the top of the cake has been the morning after when we woke up and we couldn’t completely use the toilet cause the door handle fell off. Maintenance came so at least, after waiting, we could use it before checking out. Beautiful location.. but a place with no glory, no vibes, no customer service. Maybe is the management the first that has to change, cause the staff most of times is just a reflection of how the top of the...

This was a lot of money but it was well worth it to me. The workers and the owner are very hospitable. A lot of effort goes into making sure your stay is enjoyable. The owner greets you daily when you are in the restaurant.
Running between the pool, the heat, and the air conditioned room, I got sick during the stay and he & the staff checked in about my health and offered to accommodate me as necessary. Overall the service is excellent and the workers are attentive. I’m sorry if I cannot remember all the names of the people I crossed paths with.
On my first day, I accidentally called the kitchen instead of reception when I had an urgent matter that needed addressing in my room. Hatim immediately came and resolved my unique problem. At no point did he tell me that I called the wrong number. I only discovered that I did later. At reception, Shaima, Na’im, and Karima patiently assisted me on several occasions. Shaima gave me detailed advice on potential travel plans within northern Morocco and abroad (Spain). I had an unexpected legal meeting pop up during my trip and Anas, the guest ambassador, was incredibly helpful. He immediately started assisting me with preparing for the meeting by acquiring my legal materials and locating the best space for me to have my meeting. He also assisted me while I was sick and was attentive to other concerns I had. Regarding my legal meeting, Na’im also assisted in helping me get the materials I needed. A few minor delays but staff did everything they could. Security was very reliable. Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, and they did a great job.
The breakfast was excellent. My favorite was the Ocean eggs and the freshly squeezed orange juice.
The pool in the room was gorgeous, regularly cleaned, and approximately 4 feet deep. Good enough for a swim, but if you can’t swim and you want to enjoy the water anyways, you can.
The staff works really hard to make sure your problems are addressed immediately by being readily available on WhatsApp. This is intentionally a long review because I want to acknowledge to the best of my ability the efforts of every worker that contributes to the amazing experience.
I intend to come back. The serenity, remoteness, and privacy amplifies the luxury. I truly feel like I am leaving a different person. You can say the environment facilitated a spiritual renewal for me.
If you value privacy, quality, and an escape from the hustle and bustle of cities, I recommend...

This hotel is simply breathtaking. The setting is unlike anywhere else, with panoramic views of the ocean framed by mountains, lush green landscapes, golden sand, and the clearest water. The fresh air and natural beauty create a sense of peace that is truly unforgettable. From the moment of arrival, the staff made me feel at home with their kindness and attention to detail. Every interaction was thoughtful and genuine, which elevated the entire stay.
The architecture and design of La Fiermontina Ocean are breathtaking—modern yet infused with Moroccan soul, and seamlessly integrated with the surrounding nature. My suite offered spectacular views of the ocean, with interiors that were both elegant and incredibly comfortable.
Dining was equally exceptional. Each meal was crafted with care, highlighting fresh local ingredients and refined flavors that truly reflected the spirit of the region.
What makes La Fiermontina Ocean truly unique, however, is the atmosphere. Whether relaxing by the pool, walking the gardens, or simply listening to the waves, there’s a sense of peace and authenticity that makes this place feel magical.
I would wholeheartedly recommend La Fiermontina Ocean to anyone looking for a luxurious, meaningful, and unforgettable oceanfront escape. It’s not just a stay it’s...
