My wife and I stayed there for a night in late December. While we expected a B&B kasbah, we found a small hotel with some architectural resemblance to a kasbah. The room was nice, but very cold. The heating system did not function properly and the hot water went on and off. After a couple of hours of shivering, we complained, and after another hour of messing with systems in our rooms, we eventually got a different room where we could finally get some sleep.||The next morning, we got a super-great breakfast in the sun next to the pool, which greatly helped to lift our spirit...

Dirty place. Unclean bathroom, dirty walls, dirty floor. The pool is black with all the dirt. The service is so slow that we have to be prepared to wait half an hour for everything. Made us pay things that we’re included in the menu that was altered at paid. The lady in the front desk is very nice but all the other service is awful. RIDA was very disrespectful!! I came to visit Morocco with my husband, my sister in law and mother in law. I am an American, and so is my husband, we wanted a room together. RIDA said no since we didn’t have our marriage certificate, but I proofed with my New York ID and my American passport that we are married, we both have the same last name. It’s because I don’t look like an American and my passport says I was born in Morocco. Doesn’t mean sh**!! I could be born in China doesn’t...
