We stopped at the Auberge Palma Ziz on our way from Fes to Merzouga. The owner Mourad was extremely friendly and generous with the food that was provided to us. We ordered a beef tajine but we’re also given complimentary couscous with vegetables and dessert. Definitely a must try during a...
