La Palmeraie De Moulay Yacoub — Hotel in caïdat de Sebaaa Rouadi

Was very happy at first until cracks started popping up. Hamid was so respectful & helpful and yousra was very kind and polite. But the host Jallah made it very uncomfortable during the stay by lying about the wifi and not topping it up throughout the stay. He also couldn't be bothered and did not clean the swimming pool as it was filled with bees, insects & dragonflies floating around. Eating outside was a headache as there were way too many flies hovering around you. But what really bothered me is that I had a family emergency so I had to leave and travel to another city which cut my trip short by a day, when Jallah found out he wasn't sympathetic or showed any empathy to my situation, he immediately started talking about money! He started rambling on talking about giving him an extra nights worth of money because he supposedly told another customer that the room wouldn't be available until the next day. The scam here is that he was trying to convince that my room was the only one on the farm lol and for me to pay for an extra night that i wasn't going to use, and the funny part is that all of the rooms are the same and there were plenty of other free rooms! All the rooms are mediocre with nothing in them apart from a bed, ac and a wardrobe, and absolutely no phone connection throughout the inside of the place, with half of the rooms in this place having to share the toilet & bathroom. For half of that price, I would just go down the road and rent a whole house equipped...

I have absolutely no complaints—everything was perfect! If you are looking for peace, beautiful surroundings, and delicious organic food, La Palmeraie De Moulay Yacoub is the perfect place.

The main so called host Jalla is a con-man who will try every trick to get money out of you. There is no WiFi, fridge, table, OR any phone service in the rooms. Wardrobes were dusty, and beware of the huge mosquitoes and cockroaches🪳 appearing in the middle of the night.
