Front Desk: The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general customer service, especially from front desk..Had one of the worst experience in my life from Mehdi his mannerism customer service was terrible to the point where he got aggressive, and started shouting all becouse I wanted to know all my options for my stay..(keep in mind no lines place was completely empty upon our arrival)i was with my family and he had no consideration or respect and it was obvious he was gossiping about us to other staff members and mocking us as we walked by we didn’t want to say anything at the time becouse we refused to let him effect our stay with his toxic behavior.I should have read all the reviews before staying here and he should really consider a career change.
SPA: I went in to browse the spa boutique when aggressively approached by Hayat as I was spraying a SAMPLE body spray she literally told me I was spraying to much I ignored her and went to the soap section and wanted to JUST smell it again, aggressively rudely approached by Hayat who stupidly said I cannot try the Moroccon soap which you would use for hamam It would literally be impossible for me to sample it, but she wanted to just talk down on me🙄 I left……but because my friend wanted me to buy her something from the boutique, I later on went back to make a purchase for my friend, I had to deal with her again after paying I was walking out she was bad mouthing me and talking about me to another staff member and they were laughing…. And once again didn’t want these toxic employees mean girl energy to ruin my stay so I just went ahead on with my day entire Spa staff should be fired By the way they treat customers and the way they look at them as if we are there bothering them. It’s really ridiculous.
Thermal pool area: fatimazahara gave us a five star treatment and she deserves the world for her kindness and service thank you 🙏🏽 the cleanliness of the actual pool was below average.
Restaurant: below average

Read moreWow this hotel is unbelievably good, perfection in every little detail, the service in the reception was really nice and the receptionists english was on point, it is a fancy hotel for the person who wants to add a little bit of luxury to their life, unfortunately I didn't have time to check out the spa, but I took a bath on their pool and it was really nice and calming, the only complaint is that there were hundreds of wasps, but it's not a big deal, the wasps wasn't angry, they just minded their own business, thay had parasols and beach chairs, it was really nice, and they had two showers so you could get clean before jumping into the pool, there were only one shower that was working. When I came into the room and saw the beds I felt like I was treated like royalty, the shower had multiple options of how the water came out, there was a big shower in the ceeling too, it took 1 minute for the hot water to reach the shower, really comfortable, they had split the bathroom into two different sections so one person could be at the toilet in a own room while another person was usin the shower or the tap. Shampoo and soap was included of course. There was housecoats and multiple towels, they also had a towel to put outside the shower so you could dry your feet. The beds were nicely done, and we had a balcony too. The staff was super nice and the hotel really takes care of their guests and makes them satisfied, breakfast was not included but you could get it for 19 dollars extra, we ordered food from the restaurant up to the room and I had a cheeseburger which was really nice, some baguettes came along with the food, French fries ketchup and mayonnaise was included too. You could set alarms on the tv and you could call for service on the tv. My little brother fell in love with one of the games that was installed on the tv. There is a garage but since our car is too high we had it parked on the hotels outside parking that is guarded 24/7. Really nice, definetly one of the best hotels in...
