Aghmat Lodge — Hotel in caïdat de Sidi Abdellah Ghiat

Wonderful Stay at the Hotel Upon arriving at the hotel, we were immediately impressed by the ability to park our car under a canopy, shielding it from the sun. The hotel's well-maintained and exceptionally clean appearance also caught our attention. The staff greeted us politely and professionally. For the price we paid, the quality we received exceeded our expectations. We were amazed at how much we got for what we paid. The staff were incredibly helpful and never intrusive. The owners were particularly kind and accommodating. They made everything we asked for possible, even if it wasn’t on their menu.

Room and Amenities

The rooms are minimalist, which aligns perfectly with my style, making them very clean and organized. We have traveled all over the world, from America to Japan, but this hotel stands out as the best if you seek comfort, tranquility, and a fantastic place for children. Our kids enjoyed their stay immensely because they could roam around safely. Whenever I was busy, they could visit the horses, chickens, turkeys, sheep, and rabbits, which helped them relax. This had a very positive effect on them. The swimming pool was easily accessible, and due to the resort's safety measures, we didn't mind our 7 and 9-year-olds going to the pool alone.

Dining Experience

We loved that whenever it got a bit warm, our children could grab an ice cream to cool off. I also appreciated the opportunity to finish my work project on my laptop in the lobby, where I could relax. The lobby offers WiFi and a large table where I could charge my laptop. We even extended our stay by an extra day because we found it so peaceful and enjoyable for our family. The swimming pool has no opening and closing times, so we could decide when to return to our room at our own pace.

Food and Recommendations

The food was fantastic; everything was fresh and homemade, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We highly recommend taking advantage of the meals offered here.

Grosse arnaque !!! A FUIR!!!! Personnel violent et agressif!! ne faites pas confiance à TASNINE pour l'organisation de vos évènements, en plus d'être violente et agressive, elle ne sait rien faire du tout et vole les idées de décoration aux mariés pour ensuite les mettre sur son INSTA. Cette fille qui vient selon ses dires d'une "cité de FRANCE "est une honte pour Marrakech!!||Ns avons loué la VILLA ARABIAN une des villas rattachée au Lodge AGHMAT (même propriétaires et même équipe) pour un évènement unique à savoir un MARIAGE.||L'argent a été versé en avance.||Ce fût un cauchemar et une belle arnaque!!!Je vous déconseille de leur faire confiance. Le personnel est odieux, incompétent, irrespectueux et extrêmement intrusif et agressif notamment une dénommée TASNINE qui vient de France.||Ns pensions avoir privatisé la villa sauf qu'en réalité, elle était occupée pour ne pas dire "squattée" par le personnel qui n'avait aucune gêne: affalé sur le canapé du salon, s'asseyant sur le fauteuil des mariés, linge salle étalé ds le salon, sans compter quelques vols de nos effets personnels au passage...||Le mariage a été saccagée et sabotée par cette pseudo organisatrice de mariage (TASNINE), qui s'avère être hyper agressive, n'ayant aucun sens de la communication, aucune éducation, aucun savoir faire et irrespectueuse envers les clients qui ont payé plus de 1000€ la nuit. Cette TASNINE voulait même s'en prendre physiquement aux convives qui ont eu le malheur de lui demander une bouteille d'eau qui était comprise ds le tarif!!!||Cette fille, en plus d'être incompétente, est hystérique. Le personnel de cuisine a dû l'empoigner et l'enfermer ds une pièce car elle voulait en découdre avec les convives. C'était hallucinant et cauchemardesque. ||Ns avons tous constaté que cette TASNINE était jalouse de la marié et que son but était de gâcher un moment unique.||En tout cas, Ne vous laissez pas prendre au piège par le décor de la villa et le paysage, l'intérieur est un véritable ENFER à cause de l'atmosphère malsaine créée par cette TASNINE qui croit avoir tous les pouvoirs. Aussi notez bien que même si vs privatiser la villa, il y aura du personnel déplorable qui partagera les lieux avec vous. ||Ne vous fiez pas non plus à ses photos INSTAGRAM puisqu'il s'agit de photos volées qui ne relèvent pas de ses créations. ||Ns avons appris par la suite et ce par la mère du propriétaire SALAH qu'il y avait déjà eu un précédent problème lors d'un évènement avec cette TASNINE.||Cette fille est une honte pour les gens qui l'ont employé.||De plus les responsables qui ont encaissé les euros en avance n'en ont que faire des réclamations.||Par ailleurs, le jour de notre arrivée, nous n'avons même pas eu une petite bouteille d eau dans la chambre ( avec 40 degrés et des...

We stayed (or tried to stay) here after a long drive through the Atlas Mountains. The place itself is in a beautiful setting, but the rooms looked nothing like the photos online, which was disappointing. We were frustrated when we arrived, but the staff were kind and tried to make things better, so we decided to stay.

Not long after checking in, I went back to the car to grab our luggage and was stopped at the entrance by the owner and two staff members. He told us we had to leave immediately because my wife and mother-in-law hadn’t greeted him properly when they walked past.

So at 6 PM, in the middle of nowhere, after already checking in, we were kicked out over a “hello.”
