Kasbah Assafar, Aziz, Fatima & everyone are wonderful. A great place to break up a trip through the Valley of the Roses & the road of a thousand Kasbahs. For us it was a unique opportunity to stay in a very luxurious Berber Kasbah & stroll through the type of garden valley typical around here that has sustained life for the locals for centuries. The food, from the local gardens, was excellent. Aziz runs trips & I'm sure is a great guide as well as being very invested in helping his community & share his knowledge & love of traditional ways while being firmly planted in the 21st Century. One of the highlights was the authentic tours organized by Aziz—so well-planned and full of unique experiences that made me feel connected to the local culture. Every moment felt genuine, not touristy, which I really appreciated.
