This lovely place deserves all of the 5 star reviews. I was so glad we chose to stay here instead of in one of the larger cities. It is extremely convenient and right on the main road. The entire place is beautiful with a lovely garden in the center where we ate both our dinner and break fast. The host was so incredibly kind and delightful. We reserved the corner suite which had an amazing balcony where we were able to watch the beautiful sunset from our room and could walk across the hall to the lovely terrace. To top it all off, we had 2 amazing meals when we were there. We started with a wonderful pumpkin soup and their specialty tangine was a chicken with figs that was absolutely delicious. They finished the meal with a small cake and fresh fruit. Breakfast was another fabulous meal with a boiled egg, pancakes, breads, cakes, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. He even wrote out an alternate route for us to take down to Merzouga that was incredibly beautiful. I just can’t recommend staying...
Read moreWhat an amazingly welcoming place! I highly recommend to those who are stopping by for a night, for sure. It's a wonderful little spot to relax and unwind before hitting the road again.
Reasons why I'll come back: The staff were definitely the best part of this stay they have the absolute best customer service we've seen so far. The place was clean and tidy too. The food was probably the best food we've had in all of Morocco, which was a surprise since this place was very understated. Some things to note for improvement: The water pressure is so powerful that the drains need longer time to empty the water. It might be that the drain needs to better at removing the water though, because the pressure itself feels lovely. There are no views from the room but didn't expect there to be any. This is one of the better places to stay in our time in Morocco. If you don't like a firm bed then it is very very firm. Probably the most firm I've ever tried.
Still coming back....
Read moreStayed 1 night 2 rooms. When leaving the rude owner said did you take the 2 face clothes in your bathroom. I said I never had any just 2 towels with holes in the fabrics. Shower curtain fell down also sticky dirty glasses in the room. I told him check my bags and our car..... I then said to my friends in the second room did you have face clothes and they said no.he got angry with me starts talking to my friend complaining about me saying both rooms did not face cloths.... then he came out on to the street showing a shower mat saying look at this...well I did not have that either. If you stay count towels etc with him when you check in. Warning .. they clean the sheets but not the blankets. They smell as the sheets slip past the blanket so sleep in/on the blanket. Must unwashed smell. He charges 15 euro for dinner Go to the rooftop restaurant 10 km away.best food we have had in this country. Read the...
