Lahcen and his family are wonderful. He is so full of warmth and humor, and he also has wonderful tips for hiking and visiting the gorgeous surrounding area. He speaks a ton of different languages so everyone can have nice conversation with him :)
The landscapes here are spectacular! We hiked nearby, and drove through the Valley. Highly recommend spending more than 1 night here!

We stayed 5 days in this paradise, and loved it. Right during the roses recolts, the traditional kasbah hotel was perfect for us looking for a relaxing time. The rooms are nice, Lahcen and his mother Fatima are very welcoming. The views from the terrasses are beautiful, from morning to sunset, this is quiet far from the main road, and as always, the food is very good, what to say more? This is a traditionnal kasbah so comfort is simple, which was perfect to us. If you like to be woken up by the song of birds, that's pretty much the only noise that could...

Les Jardins M'goun was everything we wanted from our experience in the valley of roses. It is beautifully restored by Lahcen the proprietor and is located in such a serene setting deep in a lush part of the Atlas mountains.||||Lahcen won us over with the tastiest tagine I ever had the moment we arrived after a long trip. They make some delicious tagines, highly recommended. But beside the food, Lahcen knows his surroundings very well so if you're looking to explore the area, he's your man....
