We stayed here for a night on the return trip from the Sahara at Easter (which was amazing). Its an incredibly relaxing spot with 2 lovely pools, one of which was the perfect depth for our 3 year old and the other likewise for the rest of us. The food was fantastic and was a really nice break from the fare we had received elsewhere (as delightful as tagines are everyone has a limit!) There was still a small amount of building work taking place during our visit but nothing that caused any distraction. The rooms are well laid out and private with little terraces in front of the shallow pool. ||||As with so many places the service makes the difference and here it was exemplary. They aim to leave you in peace and relax but as soon as you need anything someone from the small friendly team is there to help. That is a level of service so high that is simply in someones nature, it can't be trained or bought.||||Highly...

Ferme Hanane counts just 7 spacious rooms (I think 7....). All I wish is to beam myself back there right now. Only Ahmed's bivouac in the dunes of Chegaga can compete. Of course, there is no real comparison between the 2. They were just my favorite places on this trip to southern Morocco. Ferme Hanane is quite simply a jewel in the middle of the desert. My photos will speak...
