This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. After leaving a review on Booking, the staff started insulting me in a discriminatory manner, calling me mentally ill and not letting me go. You will find the images below how you will be treated if you share simply your own feedback. The reception was unfriendly and not welcoming at all; it was the first time I experienced such a mediocre welcome. Once in the room, while it was nice and spacious, the cleaning was subpar—I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which was really disgusting.

I spoke with someone at the reception about organizing a camel excursion and dinner in the Merzouga desert. While the excursion itself was enjoyable, the person initially quoted me a price of 20 euros per person, but when I arrived on site, I was asked for more, which felt very dishonest.

Finally, the breakfast was far from satisfactory, with products that were definitely not fresh.

The only positive aspect of the hotel is its perfect location. I have never had such a bad experience with accommodation in a country known for its...

If you are looking for a comfy, cool, relaxing place to absorb the excellence that is the Moroccan Sahara look no further. We spent four days with Brahim and his family for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They went above and beyond to book adventures, taxi pickups, DELICIOUS food and check in with us during our stay. The vibes of the Riad are immaculate. From the Moroccan decor, fountain, relaxing corners to escape the heat in, cold fridge filled with water and the best orange soda I’ve ever had in my life. The pool. This is the best pool in Merzouga. You need a pool in this desert it’s to hot without one. The pool is HUGE, cold, deep and has an unobstructed view of the dunes. One can escape the heat, deeply relax and take in the beauty of the Sahara. This riad felt like a home away from home, we can’t wait to come back and can’t recommend this place...
