My family and I (5 people) stayed in this hotel around Christmas 2019. The place is super clean and the people running the hotel are the nicest people ever. Also, Mona, Rachid's assistant is as nice, and so are the kitchen staff. Breakfast is high quality and plentiful, and if you decide to eat your dinner at the hotel, you won't be disappointed, very delicious and reasonably priced. If you are planning to stay in Fez ,do yourself a favor and stay...

He gave us directions to a really good restaurant for food and even gave us our water for free!! It is outside the main area in Fes but WORTH the stay! Beautiful on the inside and the breakfast...
