I went to the restaurant and noticed that there was some refurbishment. I asked at reception if the rooms were refurbished and they said Yes so I booked for 3 nights.|They told me I had to pay for 2 nights in advance which I did. |The room was not refurbished but it didn’t bother me as the access to the beach is great, however reception told me I had to pay extra for the pool access which I found surprising (later they told me, we ll give it to you for free). Not possible to get a cot or extra mattress so my 4 year old had to sleep with us in bed.|Access to the room was very unsafe and there was mice in corridors and room.|We paid 2 nights and stayed only 1|Restaurants: they have 2 restaurants and pool menu as well but you can’t order from a different menu and eat in the other restaurant, the waiters won’t do it. I had to go myself to the restaurant order a pizza for my little one and tip the waiter there to bring it next door to terracotta as kids are not allowed in their newly refurbished restaurant ( not sure why!!!! They both offer alcohol and have music...
Read moreToday I went with my friend and his nephews to la felouk to have lunch, the nephews were refused the access as they were not wearing face masks, which is completely fine, however first of all, the bouncer was not wearing his correctly, below his nose and mouth, and talking in a disrespectful way. ||||Meanwhile our accompanies went to get their face masks from the car, a middle eastern group arrived and none of them was wearing one. Nothing was told to them until my friend made the point to the security guard who was afraid to bother them and very shy when asking them, the simply made him shut up with an « inshaalah » and continued walking towards the restaurant without anyone trying to stop him( get back to the CCTV footage to see what i’m talking about). ||||I wouldnt recommend to any moroccan family, friends colleagues, to try this place, first of all, it’s a non covid friendly place, they are racists towards their own...
Read moreUsed to be a great restaurant to go but now despite the terrasse has been renewed with access to a private area on the sand, unfortunately the level and quality of service has decreased a lot, last time I was there they served main course on the side of the table while I just started the starter and honestly the food was tasteless, the fish over cooked and the dishes suspicious in terms of cleanness, so all in all it’s a beautiful place where food is extremely poor at extremely high price with one of the poorest services I’ve ever seen up to date. Personally I don’t recommend, would you like to take your children there for the private sand beach part, make sure you will use alcaline soap after to avoid getting mycoses cause I doubt that the sand is regularly sprain with natural antiseptic products...
