The host asked us to pay a deposit of 1000 MAD for one night (thst happend in June) However, when my family and I returned and brought our luggage, we found the apartment had a bad smell, the gas was not working, air-conditioning not working, and my family members—who are elderly and tired from traveling—could not cook. They did not want to eat outside as they are not Moroccan. The host promised to send someone to fix the issue, but nobody came, and my family waited in vain. Exhausted, they left.
