Résidence Kariat Cabo — Hotel in M'diq

An ok place to spend a couple of days in. The residence and the pools are crowded and the apartments lack a lot of basic tools. I was shocked to hear that the pools do not open on fridays and even more so when I learned that it was due to the staff watching over the pools not working those days..

Tonight is our third night and one of our neighbors has some trouble getting inside his apartment. It's currently 00:51 and it has been more than 2 hours of constand knocking trying to open the door..

My 10month old baby has woken up four times, but I am not sure if it's because of the extreemly hot room...

Employees aren't helpful, we called them like 6 times for different occasions and they rarely answer , The TV wasn't functioning, no A/C as promised , no WiFi as promised, the closet is broken it almost fell on my child , that would've resulted in killing him , needless to say that the kitchen supplies weren't there , we had to buy new ones after we called them and they didn't reply as usual.

Idk if the supermarket is also within this residence, if it was , then they need to heavily work on that because the shelves are almost EMPTY . Wasn't...

Our appartment was ok, had everything we needed and the host was super nice and helpful. However be mindful of the young security guard (does the nightshift) at the entrance, who is extremely impolite, rude and even goes as far as scolding and cussing the customers. This seems to have happened on a regular basis and to several customers (check other reviews), but somehow the guy is still on post hitherto.
