Jnan Lotf, Jardin de la Bienveillance — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Even though I often write reviews, it's hard for me to explain how pleased I was to find this gem. I didn't find it by chance, I spent days checking out where to stay in Marrakech, not being able to find what I was looking for! ||I needed the perfect space to relax, luxurious but authentic and beautiful, with character. I wanted to feel the Moroccan culture, I wanted to feel the country I was in. But at the same time I was looking for a comfortable stay with great service and facilities, and people able to adapt to my needs. I didn't mind a place outside the Medina, but not too far away. Jnan Lotf is all of this and more. It was exactly what I needed to disconnect from the world and reconnect with myself.||I am so glad that I found it after so much time spent looking. I called right away and got to meet Othman. We talked for so long about Jnan Lotf: what he could offer and what I was looking for, and I can say he's the best host I've had the pleasure to deal with until today.||Upon arrival, we had some problems with our rental car and he did not hesitate coming to the airport to pick us up. ||The first day we woke up we had an unforgettable breakfast in the sun. The following days did not disappoint.||The room was a dream, the sounds of nature every morning were a dream, the staff was a dream, the surroundings and the facilities were a dream. It was home away from home. Very much needed after a chaotic and intense day in the Medina.||This is the place I'd always go back to whenever I need to find some peace. We just loved everything at this hotel!!|Really exceeded our expectations.|I can't say enough how beautiful this place is.|We were treated like king & queen from arrival to leaving, Mustafa was amazing and could not do enough for us.||The hotel is really lovely, the room was amazing and huge with a view of the pool, comfy bed, and 3 balconies on different sides of the sun. Heating & air con, and huge jacuzzi bath.|Pool is just awesome, lots of daybeds and loungers and you can just hear the sound of birds singing. Just a really peaceful retreat with views of the mountains, but also great food and a nice bar and drinking area. We really wanted to stay longer.||Food in the restaurant was lovely and good value, huge breakfast and great drinks. They organised a good airport transfer, also helped with anything we needed - big shout-out to Mustafa.||Definitely 100% recommend this place to make an amazing trip...

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les hôtes de Jnan loft. Moustapha était très avenant et disponible. L'endroit est calme, a 15 minutes du centre de Marrakech.

La piscine, les transats sont nickel. C'était appréciable.

Toutefois je regrette la vétusté des lieux. Pour 150€ la nuit nous étions clairement déçus. Nous avons fait de meilleurs endroits à Marrakech avec piscine etc et pour beaucoup moins chère. Ne réservez pas sur leur site internet directement la nuit et à 250€. Exorbitant je trouve pour la prestation. Franchement l'endroit pourrait être top mais ce n'est pas entretenu du tout. Dans la "villa bohème" je dirais plutôt une hutte. Les tapis et rideaux sales, les portes en bois tous défraîchis et coupants à certains endroits. Il y avais un nid de tan juste au-dessus de la porte d'entrée à traverser pour rentrer dans l'appartement. Nous avons deux enfants en bas âge, autant vous dire qu'on ne les laissait pas jouer dehors.

La clim ne fonctionnait que 15 min et s'arrêtait, il faisait extrêmement chaud à l'intérieur. On n'a pas dormi de la nuit. On a demandé à ce quelqu'un intervienne on nous a répondu "le technicien habite trop loin", on nous a proposé de nous donner deux autres chambre mais nous étions déjà bien installés dans la hutte. Pas du tout une solution adéquate. C'est inadmissible de laisser des clients comme ça mourir de chaud vu le prix de la chambre. C'est des éléments à vérifier avant d'installer les clients lorsqu'il fait 40° dans le pays.

Les parties communes non plus ne sont pas top, c'est limite à l'abandon. En réalité le seul endroit qui est entretenu c'est la piscine, car des touristes peuvent venir à la journée profitez de la piscine du bar.

Le petit déjeuner est pas mal mais vous ne cessez de vous battre avec les mouches. Pas plaisant. Un renouvellement des sets de table serait pas mal ou il faudrait les passer a la machine. Ils sont vraiment très sales. Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un vérifie tous ceux-la mais ce serait bien de le faire. Ce n'est pas propre. Les coussins sales, déchirés.

J'ai fais confiance aux commentaires Booking et Google pour réserver dans cet endroit comme quoi il ne faut pas toujours se fier à ça. Heureusement que nous avions réservé que 2 nuits. Je ne réserverais pas une seconde fois ici et ne vous le recommande pas malgre la sympathie du personnel...
