Initially, we wanted to stay near the city center, but decided to go further out to be in a quite place with the kids. Las Palmeras is a bit out there. It is best if you have your own vehicle, but taxis can pick up and drop you off at the guest house. The accomodation itself is pretty nice. They have a pool, but we didnt use it because it was cold. I think it would be awesome if we stayed here during the summer. Thay have a peacook and some cats there too. The kids loved the animals. Breakfast was good. They provided eggs, coffee, hot chocolate, jam, almond butter, bread, and croissants. More than enough to start the day for my family and I. You can also order lunch and dinner if you are back from your excursions but did not have time for a meal. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They helped us with bags and tried their best to meet our needs. It was a bit out of the way, but we enjoyed our stay here.

This is the great location if you want to relax, its just outside of marrekech and if sitting by the pool and relaxing is your aim it's perfect, if you wish to do excursions the staff are ready to help, we found them polite and very willing to help in anyway. The menu is limited but gives an idea of morrocan food at reasonable prices, when we wanted to go out the hotel organised taxis making it feel like we had our own chaffaur. The pool is a good size and while it was cold when we came it was still enjoyable. For the price we paid we found this location above our expectations! The staff made our little relaxing retreat a great holiday, highly recommended if you wish to escape the office and chill. Only downfall is we came during the countries year of no alcohol but we cant blame the hotel for us not checking.

Check‑in/out : Ă  partir de 14h, dĂ©part possible jusqu’à midi.

Stayed here on a family holiday through Thomas Cook. We chose it due to some great reviews that praised the owners. We were expecting a basic guest house and we got it. Water supply was inconsistent and turned off during the day and at night. The showers were terrible. The guest house is very basic with traditional Moroccan beds, furniture and traditionally hard pillows. No daily room cleaning and you got one small, rough towel at the start of the week for bathroom and pool use. The hotel is very far out of town
at least 30 minutes with traffic and the ‘shuttle’ costs you 15 euro per trip, which soon adds up because you need to use it daily. We were stung with a tourist tax on arrival
it started at 10 euro per day and then dropped to 7.50 euro per day, we were definitely done over with that, no official receipt so I’m sure that the money was pocketed by the owners. The breakfast was traditional and good, but the same every day. Food was reasonably priced but you had to eat at their set times, no option for snacks outside of those times. The pool was nice but being outside of the city there were frequent smells of burning rubbish and didn’t feel particularly relaxing. We booked trips through ‘get your guide’ and they were 1/4 of the price of those in the hotel, the owners weren’t happy that we organised our own trips. It was reminiscent of an upscale travellers hostel, more than a family hotel. ||We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and we certainly wouldn’t stay here again. ||Save yourself a lot of hassle and book a hotel in the city, it’ll be noisier but it’ll be...

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Las Palmeras. The place itself is a good distance from the centre, shops, cafe bars and restaurants etc, and is in quite a remote spot, however, there is a small shop across the road which sells pop and water. We didn't actually use the shop though as the hosts, Mohammed and Ibrahim got us everything we needed. Speaking of those two - wow! They could not do enough for us and we cannot thank them enough for making us so welcome. Even on our last morning Ibrahim was up making us breakfast at silly o' clock so we were fed before our return flight home. They tried so hard to please us and make sure that everything was just right and they did just that! The accommodation itself is good and comfortable enough, clean, has air conditioning and the pool, complete with its cool outdoor showers were extremely useful in the intense heat. There isn't anything to do nearby, as mentioned above, but the lads would happily organise transport to wherever we wanted to go. Food was quite a simple affair but yet again, it was prepared with care and attention and made our experience even more special. We do feel that we have made some new friends for life and without these 2, I think we may not have been as happy with our break ( purely down to location and the fact it was Eid, whilst we were there too, so for a couple of days everything was closed, my fault for not checking!!) All in all - glad we went and glad we stayed at the Las Palmeras! Thank you Mohammed and Ibrahim,...

Vorne weg.
