Maison Alphea Marrakech — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

We traveled as a family from dubai and was greeted by the check in staf at the property. They made us wait and after 30min confirmed that the room was given to another guest by mistake. Apon requesting to talk to the manager we were informed the manager does not want to talk to us he said, tell them to leave or ill call the police. BEWARE - This placed scams hotel guests who had already paid Booking.com, once they arrived they were forced to pay the hotel again with claims that they would be reimbursed for the first payment but that never happened.||Requests have been demanded several times but no reimbursement has been made.
