The villa was gorgeous and clean. Rahima at reception was on top of everything. She was responsive to my needs and preferences. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and addressed concerns that I had regarding my stay, my transfers, my meals, and departure flight. This was especially important to me since I was a solo female traveler who wasn’t familiar with Morocco.

The other staff were also very friendly and committed to making me feel comfortable. Khadijah cleaned my villa everyday, and she was such a sweetheart. Abdul Ghafur spent a good chunk of time assisting me with the safe,which gave me a few problems because it offered more levels of security than other lock boxes I’m accustomed to.

The villa was located a 20-minute drive from the city center, but the security and tranquility offered by the villa made up for it. Plus, the hotel offered a taxi to and from the city center whenever I needed it. I booked most of my activities (camel, quad, shopping, and errands) through the hotel, so I didn’t have to waste time on my trip doing so. I had a few issues that Rahima immediately resolved.

There were also many amenities including a washing machine and a fridge stocked with beverages. The pool was cleaned every day, and the welcome I received when I entered the villa included a tour and a delicious Moroccan snack. Private cooks were available to prepare Moroccan meals. You just have to let them know a few hours in advance. The massages I received at the spa and inside the villa were 10/10.

The property itself is stunning, featuring a heated swimming pool that was always clean and perfectly maintained. The receptionist, Sana, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The villas themselves have all the facilities you could ask for. Lovely pool, maids on hand for cleaning all the rooms and also complimentary Tea and Watermelon when you arrive.

All the rooms were a great size with en suites. The security were also friendly and helpful. We had our own cars and there was plenty of parking. If you do decide to go to the centre it is around 20...
