We stayed here for 2 nights starting Easter Monday . The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome late night .Right from the airport transfer to the check in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze with Osama helping us with everything needed for our stay . The lobby boasted of high ceilings displaying Moroccan art and had the grandeur of Park Hyatt . The room was not only immaculate with a private terrace , it also had an equally immaculate bathroom with a separate Japanese toilet .The room included a partitioned closet area , ample complimentary water and cookies / coke /tea selections . The rugs by the beds were plush and soft . The in room slippers were of high quality. It was a smart room with smart thermostat and lighting controls by the bedsides . The bathroom had a large tub and a separate shower stall with his/hers sinks , there was even a vanity area with a comfy seat . Toiletries were from LeLabo . In-room dining service was prompt and food was fresh inspite of midnight order . Breakfast at Tfaya was a joke for our a la carte orders . The rooms are in Ryad style buildings with a common courtyard outdoor seating and some garden . On our first morning there, no plates-cutleries provided with breads and butter . We had to keep asking our waiter to provide them . Bread basket placed on the table without any plates . My acai bowl was ok , nothing to write home about . Coffee was more foam , less coffee although it tasted good. Second day breakfast experience was better than the previous day. My Moroccan pancakes were tasty but we were charged for orange juice we didn’t ask for. Moreover , my husband received the same eggs on both days although his order was egg Benedict on day1 and poached eggs on the second day. The staff at breakfast is not trained for Park Hyatt standards . They don’t understand basic international terminologies related to continental breakfast. Anyway , our dinner experience at the terrace restaurant was so much more enjoyable , although I was disappointed with the staff letting me know that they had run out of alcohol to make my Fennel infused Old fashioned . How can such a resort dining not have basic ingredients for cocktails? I had to settle for a glass of wine instead . But we had an amazing time later at the living room Bar . The mixologist there is very passionate at what he is doing and very knowledgeable about liquors and alcohols . A big shout out to the concierge team member , Rafiq , who guided us with must do’s and dont’s in Marrakech and booked us a private tour guide for our Medina and Bahia sightseeing. Also , Rafiq arranged for a private luxury car with driver , Ameen who would pick up/drop off wherever and whenever we needed to go . I had a 60 min each of Manicure and pedicure at the LeSpa . The spa facility had an indoor pool, gym , sauna etc and it was very well maintained. The staff is friendly , buy overwhelmed as the spa is understaffed . My spa treatment was just an average one like the regular ones back home in CA . Did not have the spa feel . Infact , my treatment was done before 90mins although it was supposed to be a 120 min session. And my fingers were soaked in cold water as water wasn’t changed when treating a different hand . However , my husband had a positive experience with his treatments across 2 days . The landscape in the resort is very well manicured with tropical flowers and lawns . Overall, other than the breakfast , we enjoyed the stay at the resort and will Visit again in the future .

A Stay from the Tales of One Thousand and One Nights Stay Dates: January 26, 2025 – February 2, 2025 From the moment I arrived at Park Hyatt Marrakech, I knew I was about to experience something exceptional. The resort is vast and beautifully landscaped, with a grand entrance adorned with lush greenery and carefully curated trees, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Reception: The reception area itself is a masterpiece, a true work of art that captivates with its elegance and architectural beauty. The welcome I received exceeded all expectations—no standing in line, no waiting, just a seamless check-in process while comfortably seated on a luxurious sofa, sipping a refreshing welcome drink. The receptionist personally came to complete the formalities, making the entire process effortless and pleasant. The Resort & Room: Walking to my room was a delightful experience, as the pathways are surrounded by flourishing gardens, vibrant flowers, and tranquil green spaces that encourage you to slow down and take in the beauty. As for the room, words cannot do it justice—it was pure luxury, offering both comfort and sophistication. I have attached several pictures to showcase its elegance. The room service operates 24/7, with fresh water and exquisite Moroccan sweets delivered twice a day, adding a thoughtful touch to the stay. Breakfast at Tfaya Restaurant: Breakfast here is more than just a meal; it’s an experience. An impressive spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, and daily rotating hot dishes, alongside an array of pastries and desserts to suit every taste. The egg menu alone features eight different preparations, along with pancakes and other delightful options. One of the highlights was the ability to order customized dishes. I requested the chef’s special selection, and I was served a delicious spread of tajine with eggs, harcha, msemen, and locally made amlou—a truly authentic and unforgettable culinary experience. I must take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Rada, the standout waiter at Tfaya. Although the entire restaurant team was exceptional, Rada went above and beyond with his warm hospitality and attentiveness. Thank you, Rada, and thanks to the entire team for making each breakfast so special. Facilities: The resort boasts a state-of-the-art gym and a spa with breathtaking views of the Royal Golf Course. The swimming pools, despite the chilly weather, were heated, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing dip while watching the steam rise into the cool air—a magical sight in itself. Extending My Stay: After six incredible nights, I decided to extend my stay for an additional night. The hotel graciously offered me a 25% discount on the extra night, which I truly appreciated as a gesture of exceptional hospitality. Final Thoughts: Park Hyatt Marrakech is not just a hotel; it’s an experience of unparalleled luxury, comfort, and world-class service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay—it truly made my days magical and memorable.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay has been from start to finish. My wife and I came here on our minimoon specifically to relax at a beautiful resort, and this property and its staff exceeded all expectations. The property is only about 1 year old, and everything from the interior design to the architecture feels modern, yet still Moroccan. The rooms are spacious and the staff cleans it twice per day, and keep the all-included mini-bar stocked with items of your preference. The restaurants at the hotel were of great quality, and can create food not on their menu to accommodate your palate or dietary restrictions. The service is top notch, exceeded that of other high-end Hyatt properties I’ve stayed at. I specifically want to thank Housni, Mohamed Tifratine, and the rest of the staff from the Pavilion who ensured our lunches and brunch were excellent. Hamza and Issam from Tfaya were our servers for dinner and helped curate a meal that took into account our dietary restrictions and preferences. We had 3 different spa treatments including the hot stone, Hammam, and the deep tissue massage. The spa is beautiful and the definitely worth checking out. You HAVE to ask for Hajar. My wife and I both had her as our masseuse on separate occasions, and she was incredible. Many who travel here will be shocked to learn that there is no uber or ride share in Morroco. The hotel and specifically the conceirge service, made booking reservations and traveling to and from places easy with a hotel-associated taxi service. They have special deals for excursions if you are staying at the Park Hyatt. I specifically wanted to thank Faisaal who helped curate an awesome trip for us. I singled out a few people who we interacted with, but everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I would encourage anyone to visit this hotel!

A Masterpiece of Hospitality: My Second Home in Marrakech

To call my stay at the Park Hyatt Marrakech exceptional feels like an understatement. I'm truly left “speechless”. Every single staff member I encountered – from the warm welcome at reception, the attentive concierge, the knowledgeable restaurant teams, to the smiling housekeeping – radiated “authentic hospitality”. They anticipated needs effortlessly, offered thoughtful recommendations without pressure, and consistently went the extra mile with genuine smiles. This wasn't service; it was caring attentiveness that made me feel genuinely valued and welcomed.

Culinary Delights: The food was simply sublime, Whether enjoying a gourmet breakfast spread with stunning views, indulging in innovative Moroccan cuisine, or savoring international dishes, every meal was a highlight. The quality of ingredients, the artistry of presentation, and the perfect execution left a lasting impression. Dining here was an integral part of the luxurious experience.
