Wouldn’t recommend the Riad to anyone especially when it comes to the staff and the owners. The owners only greeted us the first day, rest of the stay we didn’t not see or hear them. Took them forever to serve the breakfast made us late to our plans and everything got cold before we event got the chance to eat. They never asked or mentioned the breakfast if there were any allergies or anything specific they should think regarding the food. Owner probably fought with her staff two times during the 4 day stay we had. Yelling loudly don’t think she even took care of them. The prices of the food and drinks at the hotel were ridiculous, not even a five star hotel would take the same prices. We were scammed by them and they demanded to get more money than they deserved. The owners called my friends name and very extremely rude. They did not clean the rooms for the days we were there we had to ask for towels and toilet paper which should be common sense for them. Don’t stay here if you want to you will be SCAMMED! and...
Read moreWe had an amazing time in Marrakech, but our last day was unfortunately spoiled by a disappointing experience at this place. I wouldn’t recommend it. For a group of 10, we were served just one whole chicken and nine small pieces of meat across two chicken and two meat tagines, yet we were charged 900-950 dirhams per tagine, totaling 3700 dirhams. I could easily pay 300-400 dirhams for a tagine, but the portions we received just didn’t match that price—it was honestly ridiculous. They claimed these were 'big tagines,' but that clearly wasn’t the case. It’s not like we were dining at a high-end, upscale place either, so the pricing just made no sense. When we asked about the cost, they also mentioned rising prices and the 'high quality' of the food, but this didn’t justify what we got. In Marrakech, even in upscale places, tagines typically cost between 100-250 dirhams. The service was also disappointing, and it left a bad impression on an otherwise wonderful trip. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Definitely...
Read moreI’ve traveled to Marrakesh before and also traveled the world. First time I’ve felt that I wasn’t welcomed or looked after. The owners couldn’t care less. Only saw them being nice the day we arrived. Later on I just saw them in a bad mode or argumentative. If you want to order for or breakfast be prepared to receive it two to three ours later. We mentioned that our breakfast needed to be ready at 8 we didn’t start eating until 10 and at that time everything was cold as the dishes came in different timings which was useless. Our rooms were not cleaned during the stay or change of towels never happen even if we asked. We had to middle of the night as for toilet paper. Cleaning in the hotel wasn’t the best they left dirt everywhere. If you need a pleasant stay I wouldn’t recommend or be fooled by the owners and the prices didn’t match what we ordered and they demanded more money then they deserved. Whole scam when they see tourists. The owners confronted us being rude and using bad language which made us...
