Villa Malak — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

Staying in Villa Malak in Marrakech .it was very very disappointing, it has quite a serious damp issue and the pungence smell in some of the bedrooms and main ensuite (which smelt of both damp and urine) was awful and dentimental to one’s health. The tide marks up some of the walls and with wooden floors swelling and rising, I can assume this is an ongoing problem that hasn’t been dealt with properly. We were a family of five and 2 kids there wasn’t enough papers towel in the restrooms , I can only assume the boiler had been turned down or the water tank is insufficient to cope with demand. The ice in the villa (air conditioning unit) were not sufficient to cold the villa in June temperatures. My family stayed at this Villa for a week. Everything went well and when when we were about to check out the guy refused to refund us th deposit claiming that our kids wet the beds which is absolutely not true.
