I was on a journey across Morocco, in a quite spontaneous way, and I had to stop for few days (or so I thought) because a minor health problem.||Rissani was the closest town, and fate brought me into this amazing place, Hotel Panorama!||As soon as I explained these people what my problem was I received a lot of help and support, everyone concerned about my health, asking how I was doing while meaning it!||A bunch of days went by, and I befriended with Hassan, his brothers and his friends. They made me feel part of the family, up to the point that I now consider Hotel Panorama my home far from home, and I'm not joking nor exaggerating!||As more days went by, more travelers stopped by the hotel, and connected with us (as in my new family and me), during two weeks that felt like a lifetime.||If you're looking for something more than an accommodation, more than a terrace with a view on some of the best sunsets you'll ever experience, more than an excellent restaurant, more than liters of sweet mint tea or delicious coffee; ||if you're looking for human warmth, friendship and lots of fun, well, this is definitely the...
Read moreWe got a recommendation for this place in Meknes so we gave it a chance and we won't miss the experiences we made. The rooms are simple but sufficient. There is a shared bathroom but it's fine. It's the people around who made the experience special. The food is quite good and authentic, prices are fair. More over you can plan tours from here for whole marocco via Sky Tours marocco. We spend a great time with Khalifa and Hamid. They planned everything for us like the trip to the Sahara with a jeep (including a quad tour and an overnight stay in the berbercamp, there we got by dromedary). Khalifa planned the tour individually for us, so we just had to tell him our wishes and he made a tour out of it for a fair price. More over it felt like a family trip. Even sitting on the rooftop with Mohamed (another part of the family who runs the cafe under the hotel) and smoking Shisha was a very special experience. P.s. when you can win the arm wrestling you have a better basis for...
Read moreFrom the first moment, a very nice, friendly and helpful hotel owner, Hassan, took care of us, showed us the local market, shops where we could buy local handcraft, but also a lot of places where local people live. We felt realy safe with him and we could feel the atmosphere of the town. Hassan's family led us to hammam, kasbahs and local people's houses. They gave us their time and hearts, just because we were their guests. We didn't expect so much! It was a great time for us.|The hotel is in the center of Risani, near by the local market, with the view on the main street of the town. Comfortable rooms, very tasty, freshly cooked, traditional food in the hotel restaurant. The best place to stay in Risani (don't be afraid of prices, their are very good).|The owner Hassan, his family and their agency travel-morocco.org will give you the best stay and adventure in Morocco! Thank you very much Hassan, it was a realy great...
