I would not recommend this resort, It is rated as a 5 stars as we had our one week stay but in terms of service, food and overall quality I would rate it much less than that for the reasons detailed below (if you are patient to read) .. Hygiene • The pools sunbeds and tables were never cleaned on a day to day basis • The bars chairs and tables were never cleaned unless you ask a staff to do it • The main restaurant dishes, spoons were very average clean. • The room cleaning service was below average. Food The hospitality overall was very moderate, there was no classic open buffet as you will find in other all inclusive resorts but it was a kind of controlled buffet where servers serves different types of foods (I don’t know if this is related to the Covid19 precautions), you can imagine how this method creates long lines of people waiting to be served, so during our stay and since the resort was at capacity, we had to wait for every thing we wanted even for something as simple as ketchup or Soda… and If you pay further attention to details, you will observe that even a napkin is hard to get in the main restaurant.. Another important point concerning the variety of foods served, I think it was very limited, we often hardly found any thing to eat but few pieces of chicken or steaks… Accessibility to the beach Even though the resort have a private beach area, the walking distance to reach that area is relatively long compared to the neighboring resorts. Another problem I had which is that the private beach area is a little far from water…. Rooms Had Some issues with plumbing, water pressure… Staff Some of the staff was really nice, welcoming and gentle, but the overall impression is that they were not really formed for this job…. Other We stayed here during the month of August, there was a real mosquitos and bug problem everywhere… in the room’s terrasse, in the restaurant and in other open places like bars… the problem is that nothing was done about it by the hotel management, no mosquito traps, nor garden masse treatment (should be done in the spring), so we had to go out and buy some mosquito solutions for the room to be able to sleep quietly.. Animation The animation team responsible for the pool animation and kids club was good overall, I could feel the effort for the daily program on the main pool, for the kids and the teenagers programs and for the night shows.

During my last stay at Radisson Blu Saïdia, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I have never encountered such poor service in my life—I will never return. From the moment I booked, I tried calling several times without any response and even sent an email regarding iftar, sohor, and the spa menu, but received no reply. On the day of arrival, there was no one at the reception—only security—despite my arrival at 4 PM, and my room wasn’t ready. The GSA explained that the system was down, promising a nice room that never materialized. When I asked if iftar could be added to our booking as a half-board package, the request was declined, and I was told to pay full price at the restaurant. Upon entering the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned, especially the bathroom, which showed clear signs of neglect; the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, indicating that no proper inspection had taken place before my arrival. Although my reservation included breakfast, during Ramadan the service was switched to sohor. Our sohor was delivered at 10 PM by three agents carrying the food by hand—with no room service trolley, no setup, and no variety, making it feel like a one-size-fits-all, almost prison-like meal. When I inquired if any room service was available at night, I was told it wasn’t, leaving me, a guest traveling with a baby, with nothing to eat since nearby restaurants were closed by 11 PM. There was also no coffee setup or minibar in the room. The following day, loud noise from the room above began at 10 AM and continued until I called reception; instead of an apology, the response was merely, “I’ll check.” Later, a housekeeping staff member knocked on my door at 12 PM twice and even tried to open it using her card, asking if I was leaving—a clear breach of privacy. Finally, at check-out, there was no one at the reception, forcing me to wait until a staff member arrived, and I left without any proper farewell. I sincerely hope that this review is taken seriously to help improve the service and guest experience for future visitors.

I’m honestly struggling to see how this hotel is rated five stars. While the staff deserves credit for their patience and efforts, the overall experience was far from relaxing. The main issue is the clientele. Many guests do not behave respectfully in public spaces, especially during meals, making the environment noisy, disorderly, and stressful. This is not the staff’s fault of course, but it does affect the atmosphere. Understandably, constant pressure from difficult guests seems to wear down the staff, and you can feel the frustration reflected in their interactions. Entertainment is another mixed point. It is nice that the hotel organizes activities, but lunchtime shows with d9ay9ia made it difficult for those who simply wanted to eat in peace. I appreciated when events were scheduled later at night, as it allowed guests to enjoy meals without excessive noise. Cleanliness is another concern. The staff works hard to keep the place clean, but with so much trash left around by guests, it often feels unpleasant. On top of that, the mosquito problem could be better managed with simple in-room solutions like plug-ins. The most serious issue is the mold in the rooms. It is clear that the hotel paints over it rather than addressing the underlying problem of leaks in the walls. This is not only unsightly but also a health hazard. A five-star hotel should never expose guests to such risks. Finally, room location makes a huge difference. Only one side of the hotel is relatively quiet. Rooms near the entertainment stage are exposed to loud music until midnight or later, which makes it impossible to rest peacefully. Overall, while the staff is doing their best under difficult circumstances, the clientele, noise, mold, and general environment make this hotel unsuitable for those seeking a calm and relaxing vacation. I will not be returning. Best of luck to the staff, they truly have a hard job.
