Hôtel Atlantique Panorama Safi — Hotel in Safi

Completely drunk owner of the hotel almost tried to fight me while I was figuring out WiFi with the reception. He said I brought the towel from my room to the pool and needed to take it back to my room immediately. ||||While at the reception a poorly dressed man who reeked of alcohol walked up behind me and started mumbling and stumbling around. ||||I thought he was a drunk homeless person and I looked at him and then started asking the reception, who was clearly scared of him, if she knew who he was ||||After literally 45seconds of him talking louder and more drunk and touching me with his finger and her just watching him and not saying anything, she said he owned the place. I kept asking her during this about my problem because I work from my computer and I only stayed there because the lobby WiFi was good. I didn’t care about the towel obviously. ||||So then I started talking to him telling him How I work and he it was important and that I needed to figure out the WiFi and he just kept repeating himself and interrupting me about the towel. ||||At this point he starts looking me up and down insulting me telling me to leave them alone so they can work and calls over security. ||||I handed the towel to the security guy and asked if he could take it up to my room. I stopped talking to “owner” haha, and started talking again to the concierge. I went over to the opposite side of the long counter and asked the women for a refund and that I would leave the hotel and find someplace else but she just shook her head. I went to my room and calmed and had a laugh about the situation. They called right after and apologized profusely. But said they couldn’t give...

I don't recommend this hotel if you are coming from out of country, because you will be chocked how outdated and not worthy this hotel is.|Let's start with the good stuff which are not many, location and stuff that's it, sea view and helpful stuff that's the only positive things you will get in here, in other hand you will have the smallest rooms in planet, super tight toilets and shower, beds are rock hard and you will wake-up with crumps every day, house keeping they clean every day YES however the rooms still look ans smell thr same I don't know how, floring cracking, cabinet falling apart, TV the smallest of all can't even hear a 40 volume,air conditioning is a joke, wifi you have to stand at the hallway to catch signal, Nasty number 1, food let's not go there, just cold and reheated couple if time that it's shewy, Unfortunately was a terrible choice of mine, unfortunately again it my born and rise city but this is unbelievable how nothing change or move forward, |Any...
