Beautiful three stars hotel with nice swimming pool and a OK gym. Nice room good sturdy bed and well equipped with the usual amenities. Nice bathroom w rain shower. Breakfast is quite nice and sometimes served buffet if there is enough guests. On the negative side the wifi is terrible no signal in the room w some signal around the lobby and restaurant area. Worst of all the service is terrible! No one seems to have any ideas what's going on. On top of that hardly anybody speak even broken English! It's so sad to see this hotel with some historical buildings being ruined by bad management. I really think with good management this hotel would be one of the most memorable three stars hotel in this...

The flagship of hospitality in Dawei, Tanitharyi Region, Myanmar. Located in a very serene part of town. It's quite close to the airport, so no long traveling before getting there. The hotel is very clean and facilities and superb. The pool is quite big and squeaky clean (not very deep). The locker room is very clean and decent with multiple bathrooms, so no queuing. The staffs are always willing to help, but English may be a problem sometimes. Food is good but may be pricey sometimes. Rooms are huge, bathroom and toilet very neat. I can go on and on.
