Emerald Palace Hotel — Hotel in Dekkhina District

I stayed at Emerald Palace hotel for 2 nights after comparing prices and location. As I am a solo leisure traveler I was looking for a place to rent a motorbike. I found that the Golden Lake Hotel is one of the few that rents them out, however the hotel itself did not appeal to me. Thankfully the (slightly more upmarket) Emerald Palace Hotel is just two doors down! Emerald Palace has an excellent restaurant (#1 on TripAdvisor in Naypyitaw), a clean and refreshing outdoor pool, a clean fitness room, and the layout of a resort. I stayed at the Emerald Palace Hotel in May when I was in Myanmar for a wedding. I could hardly believe it was a hotel. It was more like a resort! or a time share. I had to video this place to show my family back home because I never could have adequately described it. The rooms are so beautiful and the bathrooms are especially nice! Very tastefully decorated. I wanted to stay longer than two nights! The staff was so very gracious and accommodating and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. I loved everything about that place! My wife and I just completed a 7 month long stay - truly wonderful experience - staff were amazing - from Robben the general manager to Su Su the housekeepiing manager to all the amazing restaraunt,reception and grounds keeping staff. Everyone was amazing and a credit to the hotel.
