Famous Hotel Nay Pyi Taw — Hotel in Dekkhina District

We only stayed one night. But that was enough. |We arrived very early in the morning, like 3:30am and wanted to check in. |First of all, I know it's to early for a normal check in, so we offered to pay the extra night or to pay an early check in. |Their employee couldn't speak any English and the only thing he could say was, check in 7am. |When I asked him again for an early check in, he said "no room available, all full". By the way, there was literally nobody in the hotel.|So we decided to sleep on the sofas in the lobby. Surprisingly, right before the breakfast started, we got a room. |The room is big, but has a very weird interior. |It is painted pink, the bed was dirty, there was no window, and the carpet didn't fit the floor. |Breakfast was alright. |Every time we tried to speak to an employee, for instance to order a taxi or to ask when the busses are leaving to Yangon, nobody could answer us, because nobody spoke a single word English. Just yes and no. ||I know the hotel is pretty cheap, but for three stars, you can expect more than that. Especially English...

I spent two nights at this hotel during my recent visit to Nay Pyi Taw-September 2019.At $30/night the room was a bit pricey but it was very large and serviced daily.While the room had no window it did have a balcony and a large en-suite....Breakfast was served on the top floor with great views over the city...The staff were very friendly and in this regard I want to pay tribute to Ko Kyaw Win Tun who took my reservation over the telephone and to Ye Win Htet and Min Khant Kyaw Soe at reception....I would be happy to return to this hotel and gladly give it...

It was my happy annual gathering dinner there on March 31. Hotel zone was quiet and nobody seen except our invited guests. Their garden dinner was nice with lovely swimming pool and fair weather at that time. But foods were nothing special. Their chef's cooking were very ordinary as well. Not suitable for capital city hotel standard. My friends stayed there at night time. I think that their room status also ordinary. But their staff were very helpful and patient to all of...
