Comfortable, convenient stay on our way to Hakha. Only a few minutes from the airport, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Buffet breakfast is included in the room price. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for short term stay. Bathroom is equipped with some personal items such as toothbrush kits. Small bar fridge with a few mini bar items. Good air con and TV with some cable channels. Breakfast has some western items but mainly Asian food. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful, as we were too early to check in our bags at the airport for our return trip to Yangon, he waited with our bags in the hotel car and showed us the tea shop where we could wait. The room was great. It had twin beds with air con and a nice hot shower. The room was clean, and I used their laundry service which was good as well. The wifi wasn't that good in the hotel. I only had access in the lobby and the top floor. Wifi isn't really something you expect to be good in Myanmar anyways. The top floor is where the restaurant was, and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and being able to order anything for lunch or dinner. It was affordable. I thought some of the staff asked too many questions about my visit there, but they were nice and polite. They also wanted to take my passport and took my friend's ID card while we stayed. We stayed in Hotel Moe for 7 nights. One of those days we booked out to travel overnight to another town. On our return, we were warmly welcomed back with excitement by the staff. Continuous hot water for showing. As you need to be aware in these outlying towns that this is not the norm. When requesting room service, staff were always prompt, coming within 10 minutes or less. The rooms are fresh and clean, with good air conditioning. On the fifth floor is a great restaurant. If you request your clothes to be laundered, it will be back with you within the day and at a reasonable price. I congratulate all staff for the commitment to service.
