I visited there for only one night on a business trip with my wife. My arrival time to Kyaukpyu was before 12:00 noon on March 5,but they didn't charge any early check- in fees. Hotel location was approximately less than 5 minutes drive from airport and sea beach area. Hotel room was clean,staff and owner were very helpful. At that time,hotel owner had traditional donation ceremony. They were warmly invited all guests from hotel for lunch.Only problem while I stay was very noisy songs from loud speakers and sound boxes until mid night due to owner's donation ceremony. Hotel provided food as room service for dinner,cooking was great,but very expensive than outside restaurants. Morning breakfast was simple and acceptable for both Asian and European.Hotel location was a little bit far from central city area and should use car or local trishaw motor cycle.Btw,trishaw motor cycle fees from airport to hotel is only 500 Kyats(less than 50 cent) per person,but some driver charged more than this price to foreigner and local travellers from...

Hence pretty much confined to the hotel for a day and a half. ||||The hotel is fairly new and clean with friendly staff but like in most remote areas, language is a concern. ||||The rooms were clean but could do with a kettle and some coffee for the ones who like to wake up to a hot beverage. ||||Food was brilliant!
