Right, I stayed here twice for a total of seven nights, so I got to know the hotel quite well.||||The staff are friendly, helpful and they will out of their way to assist you in any way that they can. Some understand English better than others, so a little patience is required at times to ensure that your message/request don't get lost in translation.||||The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Like many things in Myanmar, the final finish of the rooms is not quite perfect, and you may find a few minor issues. For example the shower in the bathroom leaked and the TV screen was a little small for such a large room. ||||I judge a hotel on the quality of the WiFi, here it was generally OK in the guest rooms. Sometimes it dropped, but I found it usually worked very well in the public areas.||||The breakfast is buffet style, but you can request cooked eggs as well. Not the greatest selection of food for my western tastes, but enough to make the experience enjoyable.||||Evening meals are nice and the service is good. The menu has a decent selection of Asian and western style dishes, which are reasonable priced.||||The hotel was very quiet when I stayed (April); often I would be the only guest in the restaurant in the evenings. It was so quiet, that I only saw the bar being used once the whole time I was there, however I understand that they will open it upon request. NPD is dividied in to zones.||||This hotel is located in Zone 2 which is about 45 minutes drive to airport. ||||In my oppinion, there are many local and international hotel in Zone 1 and located about 15-20minutes to airport.||||Taxis are mostly private cars and fares are expensive.
