Htike Myat San Special Guest House — Hotel in Pathein

My partner and I stayed here over new year. We opted for the cheapest room- $20/night with a shared cold shower bathroom. There are also much more spacious rooms available, some with a hot shower- $35. Our room was very clean and comfortable with AC, fridge and TV. The shared bathroom was also very clean. The buffet breakfast each morning on the rooftop was amazing with plenty of choice! Staff were very welcoming and always friendly and smiling. The location too was also ideal- just a short walk from the market area and to the riverfront. The night market beside the river is definitely worth a visit- there are plenty of cheap dinner and snack options. If we ever return to Pathein we will definitely stay here again-...

We visited this lovely hotel where we stayed 2 nights. The stuff was outstanding, looked after us at all times. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. Gave us tips where to go, they even gave us maps incase we got lost. They spoke English which was an extra.|The room was clean and tidy as well as the bathroom. Our friends had shared bathroom which was clean too. Beds were comfy with new mattresses.|Breakfast was okey, we could have some eggs, toast, jam, butter. However, it was strange that they had rice and noodles in the morning. As long as there were some coffee they got me. Although you cannot really find other than 3in1 or instant variants. We got used to it too.|I recommend...

We had a twin room with private bathroom.||The room size was very good, actually quite huge compared to some we experienced recently, plenty of hanging space, bedside tables and a fridge and lots of power points to recharge phone etc...space to move around as well as 2 comfortable chairs.||The bathroom was small but functioned well and everything was really clean.||Beds comfy, air con worked well, hot water for tea quickly brought to the room upon request.||Staff just lovely, helpful, smiling.....it was a pleasure to stay here and would...
