4 stars for the stunning views, sunrise and sunset. We were thinking about staying 2 or 3 nights at this hotel just to relax and do nothing. I am glad we booked only one night. The hotel was empty so they didn’t run their generator till 6:00 PM. It was off the whole afternoon so we weren’t able to check the facilities because it was dark inside. When we finished having dinner, we went back to the room and discovered that the bathtub was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work properly! I was surprised to see such a new hotel having issues already. We asked for a fan because we were tired and didn’t want anyone to come inside to fix it. They didn’t have fans and they sent somebody to fix the outdoor unit instead. It ended up working. On a positive note, the service was good and our dinner too. It’s a little pricey, though. We tried the grilled sea bass and butterfish. They were good but I don’t recommend to order their lemon meringue tart. They simply buy the crust, the lemon filling (which tasted nasty), and they put some whipped cream instead of the meringue. Conclusion: I wouldn’t come back but if you want to relax and watch a stunning sunset, this is the right place.

Phenomenal service, very friendly staff, incredible location, lovely rooms. We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows (deluxe room) and loved it. Very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable.

The best thing about the hotel is the receptionist. He speaks English and is extremely friendly and helpful, his explanations were very useful. To access the hotel you have to use the hotel's own boats, they are made of wood and the style of those used by the locals. It is important to keep in mind that only the check-in and check-out trip is free, the rest is paid separately. The rooms are quite good and cleanliness is adequate. Wi-Fi and electricity work. Not very well, but they work. They cut off the electricity at night on a scheduled basis for a few hours, but really, believe me, having useful Wi-Fi and electricity in that area is a great luxury. Breakfast is not varied, only a few Asian food, but it is good. As for other guests, they were all Asian, only we had Western features, this means that if you walk through the town, some locals will ask you for photos or try to sell you something. In general, the hotel is good and the views...
