Such a Disappointment! As a Burmese guest who recently stayed at this hotel for one night, I found it extremely disappointing. At 98,000 MMK per night, the price is not cheap, but the facilities and service were far below expectations.
The bathroom wasn’t clean — I found hair in the shower. There was sand on the bed, the blankets smelled moldy, and I even saw a rat at midnight. Ants were crawling near the bed frame. Breakfast was very poor: the rice seemed spoiled, the fried rice noodles were extremely hard, and the only drinks were orange juice and coffee. There was no dessert.
The room also lacked basic amenities: no CP shower cap, no refrigerator, and no heater or AC. The service was very bad. The only positive aspect is the view, which is why I booked the room. Even the shampoo provided seemed extremely cheap — probably worth only 50 MMK compared to the 98,000 MMK room price.
I do not recommend this hotel — even small inns offer better service and facilities.
For comparison, I also stayed at a hotel in Taunggyi called Cherry Queen. It was cheaper but offered far superior service and facilities. I won’t say more, since this is not a review of that...

Although the location is a bit far (10 mins drive) from downtown, I am sure you would enjoy the foggy view and tranquality in the morning as it is built on the mountain. Breakfast is just average but I did...

From balcony, view of mountains & villages can be observed as well. Within this price range, I fully satisfied with what it offers. As always for Shan people, the way staffs welcome us are as exquisite as beauty of...
