We were greeted at our vehicle by Daniel. He was prompt, efficient, helpful, courteous and friendly. He helped us with check in and to get our bags to the room. Lezius (not sure of spelling) checked us in and was very helpful throughout the check-in process details. Maryam helped book the excursions for boating with seals, flamingoes, dolphins, etc. and the Sandwich Harbour tour. They were fantastic, professional, courteous, efficient, and the best service providers I have met in my traveling thought many many countries. You definitely should book here. This hotel is in the first row on the beach. You have to cross the main road and a car park to get to the sea. You can see lots of flamingos from the west-facing rooms. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Even though the furnishings are a bit dated, guests feel comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is well attended and has a varied menu. I find the acoustics in the restaurant to be a disadvantage, which is annoying for many guests. It is also worth mentioning that salt is transported on the street in front of the hotel in huge trucks, which can be heard and felt in the hotel (vibrations).
