Seaside Hotel and Spa — Hotel in Erongo Region

From the very first second that I stepped into this hotel I knew it would be a special experience staying here. My girlfriend and I were greeted at the front desk, they knew exactly who I was right away, and the check-in process was very speedy as well.

My reservation spanned 3 days which were very nice days. Let's go through a list of lovely things that were done by this hotel and staff;

A)Upon checking in I secretly ordered some champagne and rose petals to the room to surprise my girlfriend. Figured I'd be romantic. Expectations exceeded to some fanfare.

B)The next morning my girlfriend and I reserved a massage from the parlor behind the lobby area. Let's just say that those knots in my shoulders disappeared.

C)Midway through the stay my girlfriend received the task of planning a gender reveal party. The kitchen staff, chef, and all the wonderful workers around the lounge area went above and beyond to help us. That ended up becoming such a memorable day.

Now lets talk about the room. It was wonderful. It had a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and the bathroom was nice and big with both bathtub, big shower, and my favorite thing, a bidet.

In conclusion this was probably one of my most favorite hotel stays I've ever had in my life. They made me feel like royalty here, so much so that every time I'll be in Swakopmund in the future I'm going to make sure to stay here.

I'm Very disappointed with the Spa and the hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

We booked a corporate package for 3 woman on Wednesday, 2nd June. The back, neck and shoulder massage left my neck in a spasm for 3 days after. My daughter and I also had a pedi done, but the room they moved us to was freezing, the therapists were unorganised and it was dirty. They didn't provide slippers or a gowns to wear after the massages, and we had to put our clothes back on and walk bear foot on the cold floor to pedicure room. No heater or blankets were provided. Our feet now look and feel terrible!!! It's dry and the skin is hard and flaky, it looks worse than before we got our pedicure done. I have to pay for another pedicure now.

A jacuzzi session was included in the package. They didn't offer us anything to drink after our treatments and the gowns they provided were torn, old and smelly. The view from the jacuzzi was beautiful, but we weren't allowed to drink anything either, because apparently some people behaved badly before us. This spa day was suppose to be relaxing and for R800 I expected...

We travelled with my bestfriend for her 27th Birthday. Barnabas was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and Luxurious, let me not forget about our balcony view, beautiful ocean view. The smell of the ocean was breathtaking.

Owen and Costa served us very politely on that Friday night. The food was delectable. We enjoyed our wine and shots(:-)). (We had the best moment of our Lives.

wuuuh, Spa day :-) Amazeballs. Suzy is so Kind and she made our day memorable. The massages were also amazing, albeit there was a little bit of understanding regarding the booking, but well ,I am sure the staff will make sure that it is not repeated next time but overall, it was the best.

Lunch was delicious, (so sad, I forgot the waiter's name, he was very kind.

Barnabas made sure that the shuttle picked us up on time to get to our next activities for the day.

Overall, Sea Side Hotel is beautiful, with amazing sea view and friendly staff.

Kudos to the whole team, you are all amazing.
