I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Abraham during our desert quad bike tour in the Namib Desert. From the moment we arrived, Abraham greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Abraham's respect and genuine care for his guests were evident throughout the entire tour. He took the time to ensure that we felt comfortable and safe, providing thorough instructions and guidance before embarking on our adventure. His knowledge of the desert landscape was truly remarkable, and he went above and beyond to showcase the most breathtaking views imaginable.

What truly sets Abraham apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction. He anticipated our needs and preferences, customizing the tour to accommodate our interests and ensuring that we didn't miss out on any of the highlights. His enthusiasm and passion for his work were contagious, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Thanks to Abraham, we were able to immerse ourselves fully in the beauty of the Namib Desert, creating memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert adventure with exceptional service, look no further than Abraham. Highly...

Visited in June. Namibia.

This truly is a little oasis in the desert. The hotel is built like a small castle, and the grounds are incredibly green, fully justifying its name.

Accommodation: The rooms are quite small, with just enough space for a bed and a wardrobe. The air conditioning was a welcome addition, allowing us to worm the room a bit at night.

Food:

The lodge operates on a full board basis, with breakfast and dinner included, but drinks are extra. The dinners were fantastic. Breakfast is buffet style – unfortunately, it was one of the worst we’ve experienced, with a very limited selection: a few pastries, some yogurt, basic fruit, and a choice of eggs. However, I must say that the chef did make my husband a chicken dish for breakfast upon request, which was a perfect solution.

Service: The service was good, the staff were quite flexible, allowing us to check out 40 minutes late. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Conclusion : We loved the lodge, especially considering the price. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to be. We took advantage of the spa services, and the massage was good. We also booked a sunset quad biking tour – I highly...

A Truly Unique Experience – A Castle in the Desert!

First things first: the location is a solid 10/10! We stayed in one of the luxury rooms on the ground level, which was spacious and beautifully designed—though not always the most practical. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious bed and the breathtaking desert views.

Our first night’s dinner was a disaster, plain and simple. Breakfast was passable but nothing special. We woke up early for our trip to Sossusvlei, which I highly recommend doing before the larger tour groups arrive for a more peaceful experience.

In the afternoon, we relaxed by the pool—an oasis surrounded by lush greenery. While it’s a bit worn out, it was still a lovely retreat. In the evening, we booked the sundowner tour, and with just four of us, it was absolutely stunning!

Dinner on the second night was a much better experience, as we dined in the wine cellar, which added an interesting and intimate touch.

Final thoughts: The place itself is incredible, but the food and some aspects of the service don’t quite match the high price. That said, the location alone makes it worth visiting!

P.S.: The WiFi...

A fortress in the Desert. And what a beauty. We stayed in a big "Oasis Room", with beautiful sunset view on a cosy balcony. Safe, fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer. And the hugest Moskito Net over the bed ever! Very comfortable mattress and linen. The massage was great and very welcome, after climbing up ' Big Daddy ". The Pool area is nice, but if the Hotel is fully booked, you might not find a place in the shade. Dinner was very good ! The only thing to complain, they really rush you through... A little more time between the courses would be nice. Wine List good equipped. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. It was a little to windy, to sit outside. Breakfast as well good, everything you need. Free Coffee and Cookies in the afternoon. The afternoon Quad drive is beautiful!!! A really highly recommended Place to stay, if you want to relax on your trip.
