We would come back to Namibia solely to stay here. Where to begin. The staff was INCREDIBLE. So kind and caring. Erica was so helpful and friendly. Phillip our waiter was a pleasure. And everyone else was just so helpful. The views are just out of this world. And we were able to see the watering hole from our room + monitor on the camera was great. The rooms felt very comfortable and overall the lodge was very well kept. The viewing hide also seemed great. We did every sunrise and sunset game drive that we could and Mike was just out of this world as a guide. He was easily the best guide we had on our whole trip. So knowledgeable and very good at tracking. We saw the general animals but he knew we really wanted to spend more time with lions so he made that his mission to find them. It wasn’t easy but he did it. Could not recommend this place more. 100% was our favorite place to stay our whole trip. Also, if you are doing Etosha, would recommend doing this after it because it would be really hard to leave this reserve and go to the park to match what it had to offer here.

We spent two nights during our honeymoon in Namibia at Safarihoek and it was the best hotel we stayed in our trip. Not only for the amenities they offered but specially because of the people that work there. From the managers to the waitresses, everyone is incredible nice and ready to make our stay the best. The Safaris we had were amazing with the guides (fully enthusiastic) trying their best to offer us an unforgettable experience. A lot of wild animals can be seen around the main building at the waterhole. The views and sunsets are stunning. The food is fresh, tasty and carefully prepared. We definitely had a great stay there and truly recommend this hotel.

We were booked at an other camping site in that area, but we did not approve, thus we headed for Kamanjab. On route however this roadsign catch our attention and we turned off our route - camping is available. It was during rainy season thus we moved slowly. Once we reached it, no camping was available and our request to "camp" on the premises, as it was late in the day, were denied - we can rent a chalet. Very much time wasted by this misinformation

If I could give 10/5 stars for service, I would. Out of all my travelling experience around the world and Namibia, this place had the BEST service. We stayed for a couple of nights so this review will be long.

My family and I came for Christmas at the Safari House but later moved to the Lodge for Wi-Fi.

The house was well-furnished, however I think the kitchen needs better and more equipment especially since a it’s meant to be “fully equipped”. The bedrooms were great with lots of closet space.

The food? Oh my days, we had a private chef who came to the house and cooked our meals. Chef Peter is so skilled, genuine and passionate about what he does, I hope to have his food again.

The activities? Our guide, Michael, is such a humorous and friendly person. Not only does he know so much with his more than 10 years experience with conservation, he went out looking for lions and early hours so we could be sure to see them. We saw elephants, rhinos, giraffes, birds, jackals, lions, and more.

The hospitality? I can 100% speak for the other 8 people I was with. The staff here are incredible. Seriously. So easy to talk to and engage with. From Titus who would always greet us with a tray of drinks after game drives to Chrisly who was quick to help us with anything we needed, to Belinda who specially made a mock tail so everyone could enjoy their drinks together, to Susanne who was patient with our questions and curiosity, to Chef Peter who makes the best boerewors in the world lmao, to Rasta for maintaining the area, to Queen, to the housekeeper (who’s name has slipped my mind) and so much more. Natural selection is lucky to have a team as passionate and amazing as they are.

I also just have to shout out Titus again, he was always there ready to help or advise us on things, he’s so professional and he learnt ALL 9 of our names which made the stay so much...
