Hotel Sital & Party Palace — Hotel in Baglung

We were hugely impressed with the Hotel Sital, which is a new build on the north side of town. The whole place is spotless, and all of the public areas - reception, bar, dining room - were of a standard to be found in a 5 star hotel anywhere. Our deluxe room with balcony was again spotless and well-apportioned, with a lovely view (mountains obscured by clouds during our stay). It had a very comfortable bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a small modern "wet-room" style bathroom with hot water, toiletries, clean towels... There is a comfortable armchair in the room, and a desk (though there does need to be a desk chair.) There is a kettle, but no (as yet) cups, tea bags, etc. The staff were very happy to deliver drinks and food to our room. There is WiFi throughout the hotel, though it appears to be stronger in the lobby area. The staff were universally helpful and charming, though communication in English was a little strained.
