Kabilas Resort & Funpark — Hotel in Bharatpur

I recently visited Kabilas Resort & Fun Park, and my experience was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the issues began. The check-in process was painfully slow, with understaffed reception and a lack of organization. It took us almost an hour to get our room keys, which is unacceptable for a supposedly high-end resort.

The fun park, which was supposed to be the highlight of our stay, was equally underwhelming. Several rides were closed for maintenance, which we were not informed about prior to our visit. The few attractions that were open felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The staff at the fun park seemed disinterested and unhelpful, adding to the overall negative atmosphere.

Dining options were another letdown. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food at best, with limited variety and lackluster taste. Service was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed despite the restaurant not being particularly busy.

To make matters worse, the resort's advertised Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. We struggled to get a signal in our room and the common areas, which made planning our daily activities and staying in touch with family nearly impossible.

Also we had already informed about booking of 28 people and later due to climate problem 3 of us were not able to attend and we informed about that too but at the time of billing, they literally added the whole amount of 28 people which was not acceptable for all of us but due to their egoistic behave and their useless system, we were compelled to pay the whole amount.

Overall, Kabilas Resort & Fun Park failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a pleasant getaway. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and...

I want to point out some serious matters on this resort. We came from all the way to this resort from pokhara to play in the. Fun park. First of all the room quality and bathroom quality was very poor. All the appliances of bathroom was very poor and the bathroom was not well cleaned. And also room was dirty. We complained it with general manager too but not good response. So room and bathroom 0/5 on the current price of 2500 each(5000 for 2 person). The room provided to us was not even quality of rs 1200.

And another thing problem in fun park. While playing in funpark there was current(electricity) in water. We immediately informed but no actions were taken. All the way from Pokhara to play in funpark but due to this incident we did not feel safe. May be we were unlucky that it happened to us but response was very poor. I give 0/5 to fun park too. Because there were other things to play too but no person to guide us.

Totally waste of time and money. Very bad experience. I hope the Hotel management committee will take these things seriously. So from my experience I do not recommend this resort to anyone anymore.

Didn’t like the service of the resort . We had talked over phone about the fun park facilities and they had mentioned it was unlimited but after coming they issued us a pass which had one swimming pool quota (once you get out you cannot swim again) Seriously!!!!Which resort even has that policy???It felt like staying in a resort and going to a separate fun park However the dinner was okayish but the BBQ we had ordered separately was very stale.Thankfully no one was sick the next day .And we had mentioned that we were 6 of us but the villa had the capacity to accommodate only 5 people for the night .
