London House Resort — Hotel in Biratnagar

Location not so great! It’s in the middle of a residential area surrounded by empty rice paddy fields. The rooms were okay! Paid 2500 per night for double bed! Came with AC, attached bathroom, TV, WiFi and room service! The sheets were dirty, covered in mosquito blood stains, when we entered the room, it was filled with mosquitoes. We had to ask for mosquito bats to get rid of them. The staff were nice and obliged to all our requests. The food was bad for the price. 400 for chicken thali which came with daal, saag, papad, jar pickle, salad, and alu soybean sabji! Seriously soya sabji? The chicken momo was okay! All other hotels were packed so we had no choice to stay here. Not sure if I should recommend...

Me with my family of 4 stayed here for a night and left early morning. We googled the resort after landing at Biratnagar airport and London House Resort was very close to the airport so we randomly decided on staying here overnight. 2 rooms, one with king size bed and another with 2 single beds were booked. We're not sure if it'd be disappointing but we're grateful that the stay turned out otherwise. Staff were super helpful and nice. Rooms were clean with attached showers and quality service. The price was less than we expected. Would love to stay here if I ever visit Biratnagar again. Super super recommended! And thank you...

We were 4 and stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We found staffs are very friendly and cooperatives. Everyone has potential to grow. Their welcoming nature sounds very nice. Waitress Sunita Rai and Anjana Niraoula and waiters Sujit Chaudhary and Sisir Limbu are much active and responsive. Even we met with owner Mr. Krit Sharma who is very friendly along with Pappu Sharma also very energetic guy who has keen interest to do something new in this sector. the guy in reception also has very welcoming nature and friendly.
