I was recommended by a colleague to try Hotel Namaste for my meals, and for the past few days I have been regularly having lunch and dinner here. While the food itself has been satisfactory, unfortunately my experience with the staff today was extremely disappointing.
When I asked a simple question at the counter regarding my bill, the staff member not only attempted to charge me for water I hadn’t ordered but also mocked and laughed about it with his colleague. Later, when I inquired if the restaurant provides a bill for lunch, I was laughed at again instead of being given a straightforward answer.
Thankfully, a senior staff member later explained the process clearly, which I appreciated, but by that time the damage was done. The unprofessional behavior and lack of basic courtesy from the other staff left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.

Each room comes with an attached bathroom and is equipped with all the essential amenities like TV, AC, fan, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are also well-furnished, adding to the comfort and convenience of the stay.
The mess (dining area) was another highlight. The food was delicious and the taste exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the quality of service provided by the hotel staff, they were courteous, attentive, and professional.
Overall, I absolutely loved my experience at Hotel Namaste Nepal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surkhet and looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay!
